This saffron is great if you are on a diet; you get a lot of energy, and you do not snack as much, but be careful, it is the unstandardized safranal version, so your mood might be good one day, and then you might feel like crap the next, because the active ingredient is not constant.

I've been battling Lyme Tick Disease for 12 months and 12 days, at this writing. I take over 120 different mineral and vitamin and plant-based supplements, to maintain my health this long, with this debilitating disease. Canada has virtually NO plan, doctors, clinics, proper tests, treatments nor follow up for Lyme patients. I did notice that it tempered my appetite somewhat, "killed my cravings" for food that is not so good for me, and I've lost a few pounds as a consequence. Battling the many, varied and often debilitating symptoms of Lyme Disease, as long as I have, can be very exhausting, but I SIMPLY FEEL BETTER, OVERALL, when I take my daily saffron supplement, and it is now one of my "feel-good staples". I liken the effect to taking a dropperful of CBD oil. The "feel good" effect lasts throughout the day, besides. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. QUALITY PRODUCT, AFFORDABLE.
