I've been using this product for over 3 months as I like to make sure I like or dislike a product before I give any feedback. I've been on a Keto diet for over 2 years and have achieved my goal weight. I don't do a cheat day; I do more of a 3-day cheat. When I go off Keto for that length of time, I usually gain 5 to 8 pounds and it takes me close to 2 weeks to lose that weight. Not anymore!!! At the most, I will now gain about a pound which is gone by the next day. Yes, drinking these drinks has made that big of a difference. I, however, don't get any energy boost from them at all, not even the caffeinated ones. That's fine with me. Being able to take in more carbs and being able to eat more foods that I enjoy has made a huge difference to me. They can cause diarrhea at first if you drink a whole one. I cut back to half for the first few days. I only drink the other half at night if I've taken in too many carbs that day. I had complained about the caffeinated peach one at first but if you add more water, it tastes really good.

This stuff is great! I really liked the taste, and it gives a burst of energy. I feel good about drinking it because it gives my body a boost. Helps me get into ketosis and stay there.

Game-changer for my daily routine! I have tried several exogenous ketone supplements in the past, and most of them have a strange, chalky texture or an overwhelming chemical aftertaste. 0.1 to 0.7 ketone level. I didn't even drink half of the bottle. I'm not sure how exogenous ketones will affect me in the long term, but I am certain this product has exogenous ketones that end up in the blood based off the reading. I recently started the keto diet, and was having fatigue and muscle pain. This product seems to have gotten rid of the symptoms I was having. I enjoy the taste of the watermelon flavor.

I made this „test“ because of other reviews I read here, of people complaining that the SHIFT packages are „half empty“, well- if you can read it clearly shows that they are meant to have „only“ 7.6grams where the expensive brand contains almost 20g per package. I‘ve lost 25lbs in the past with keto & ketones have helped me a lot to stay on track, especially for my „afternoon sweet fix“ I just had my 2nd baby & will do keto again to loose weight. On my 1st day of keto, i had the expensive ketones in the AM and the SHIFT ones in the PM. I tested 30mins after drinking them and had the SHIFT ones with less water. As you can see, both of them put me into ketosis. But the expensive ones but me in a way deeper state of ketosis, keep in mind though, that the quantity is almost 3x as much. However, if you are counting TOTAL CARBS, the SHiFT ones are definitely a better option!! For me, the expensive ketones are definetly worth their money! I prefer the taste, the way they make me feel and the fact that they are higher concentrated. They surpress my hunger better. I also like that they are available caffeine free, as i drink coffee to surprese my appetite. I haven’t seen caffeine free ones from Shift yet, maybe they are. After i loose a good amount of weight, and i’m in a constant deep state of ketosis, i can see myself having the expensive ones 1x a day and the SHIFT ones 1x a day for maintainance/enjoyment

60 mile ride today with over 2,500' elevation gain and only one Gatorade at 4 hours in. I have been fasting for the past three years, only eating from 16:00-24:00 and these are a game changer. One pack 15 minutes prior to the start of the ride and another about 3 hours in and was doing great. If it wasn't 86 degrees and all that elevation I could have skipped the Gatorade. Mixed very well in a bottle but not so much in a cup for the pre workout.

The taste is pretty good the problem is the powder clumps horribly. Even with a frother I can’t get it all to dissolve. None of the flavors from the variety lack dissolve properly. For such an expensive drink mix it should dissolve. This stuff clumps together and hardens into crystals. Not fun to drink in your water. I’m going to try and return it. It’s too expensive to toss. Again, the taste is actually lovely, but it won’t mix and that makes it undrinkable which is kind of one of my requirements for a drink.

The flavors are great, and it seems to help with Ketosis. Helps with electrolytes moreso than brands I have used in the past. It’s a little expensive but seems to work so hard to put a value on that. It mixes with water really well, especially compared to other brands. The flavor is a little strong which I like, but something to be aware of depending on what you expect. I did have to reach out to support because one of the packets was clumped up and hard. They were great at helping with the issue! Update: I have tried the variety pack, peach, and mixed berry. My favorite is the peach flavor for sure.

I like that there are 3 flavors to choose from. They work great at suppressing my appetite in the morning. The only downside is that I think the Watermelon flavor tastes too salty.

They all taste delicious. Easy to open and pour the powder into your bottle of water, shake and drink. Better than Gatorade and will keep you in ketosis. I highly recommend this.
