Lightweight and Easy to Use
This flat mop is lightweight and very easy to use. The microfiber pad cleans floors well and picks up dust and dirt easily. The long handle makes it convenient for cleaning floors and walls without bending. Simple design, good quality, and very practical for everyday cleaning.

Love my JoyMoop!!! Easy to maneuver around and picks up all lint etc.. First one was broken at joint, reported it, followed instructions, sent it back received replacement with a few days...Thank You for being such responsive.

Love this mop and bucket set.
Love this mop and bucket set . It is easy to set up , the handle is long so help to eliminate back pain . Easy to mop , rinse and dry the floor, also very easy to reach hard spots .

Great mop bucket, but mop head breaks quickly.
The mop bucket is wonderful and I love the system. It gets all of the water out of the mop and lets you mop the floors without making them soaking wet. The pole is actually great too. The problem is the connector between the pole and the mop head has broken on me twice in the exact same spot within the first couple uses. I tried to contact customer support which is supposed to be open 24/7 but they were unavailable. If they could figure out that little plastic piece that keeps breaking, they'd have a perfect product.

These are disposable toys and they certainly can't mop!
I've just placed an order for my third Mophead and handle, the second one was purchased in NOv 2025 and broke yesterday. I use it to clean walls once a month. It broke when using it for the third time, just dunking into the water bucket! I would not recommend this product. Too many issues.
