Worst Product & Pathetic After-Sales Service โ Don't Waste Your Money
regret purchasing this treadmill. It has been one of the worst online purchases I've made. The auto incline feature, which was one of the main reasons I bought this product, does not work as advertised. This was extremely disappointing and feels misleading. The overall product quality does not justify the price, and my experience with the brand's customer service has been equally poor. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, I experienced delays and a lack of satisfactory support. I strongly advise buyers to verify every feature before purchasing and not rely solely on the product description or ratings. My experience has been completely opposite to what was advertised. I would not recommend this product or this brand based on my experience.
