Excellent frame and easy assembly! Looks great too!

Our second 65” Frame TV and third Frame TV in total. We’ve used the Samsung Teak bezel on all three and it fits and looks great. Only negative is the price. $180 for four thin pieces of plastic is the only complaint.

Cracked when I tried to install it. Fell off on my head and poked me in the face. So unstable. The magnets don’t hold anything together. I can’t believe this is $150. This is just 4 pieces of plastic trash. It’s probably the worst thing I’ve bought on Amazon. I do a lot of diy for my businesses and this purchase actually infuriated me that I spent that much money on it. High way robbery.

Perfect TV for our space! We needed a specific size TV for our built-in cabinet and this one was just right. With the added frame in a dark wood tone, the TV looks like it was exactly built for the space. Added benefit that we weren't expecting: unlike any other TV we have had in the space, this one does not reflect our overhead kitchen lights, day or night. Pretty amazing. And we use the TV to show artwork when we aren't watching TV, which just adds to the versatility of the TV. Excellent picture and features!

We purchased the customizable bezel for our 65” Samsung Frame TV during our home renovation, and it truly elevates the entire look of the television. The bezel makes the TV blend seamlessly into the room and enhances the “art frame” effect that The Frame is known for. It gives the TV a much more polished, high-end, gallery-style appearance. Installation was straightforward and tool-free. The pieces snap on securely and feel sturdy once in place. The finish looks high quality and does a great job complementing surrounding décor and furniture. If you bought The Frame TV for aesthetic purposes, I think the bezel is absolutely worth adding because it completes the design. As a parent, I also appreciate that it creates a more finished edge around the screen and makes the TV look less like an exposed electronic device, helping it integrate better into a family living space. One small con: the bezel is fairly pricey for what is essentially a decorative accessory, and color availability can sometimes be limited depending on size and style. I wish there were a few more finish options or slightly lower pricing. Overall, it’s a beautiful upgrade that significantly improves the visual impact of The Frame TV, and I would still purchase it again.

I’ve hesitated to invest in a Frame TV but finally went ahead. I had to hire an AV person to install it. I LOVE IT!!! I’ve added a number of artwork pieces through ETSY and feel like I now have a great TV as well as beautiful artwork. So glad I splurged!

I agree with several of the other reviews. The price is ridiculously high for the cheap plastic product you get. The edges don’t fit together tightly.

Absolutely beautiful frame. This is the best colour. I have the teak frame on a 50" Samsung Frame and while I like both, this 65" sand gold version takes the cake- it's stunning really. Unfortunately it was on backorder for nearly a year after I ordered it, hence the 4 star review of an otherwise perfect item.

Great product but.... not great when you receive your package and notice that is has been opened before, repackaged and most probably been used before. Please then don't sell it as new.
