Lost my other dogtra collar that I loved but wanted to try this one out just because of the camouflage and light since we take night walks and we like it even better than the last! Really easy to work with! But make sure you and your dog is trained on how to use it properly!

I have a 10-year-old Newfoundland who was professionally trained, and our trainer recommended the Dogtra brand years ago. As my first dog, I was especially concerned about ensuring reliable boundary awareness and obedience. This system proved to be an excellent solution. At the time, my HOA did not allow fencing, so I needed a dependable way to maintain clear boundaries, and it worked extremely well (which obviously is dependent on effective owner training and compliance as well). I appreciate the precise, incremental level adjustments, as well as the range of sensory options (sound, vibration, visual cues, etc.). In my experience, having multiple, gradated ways to engage a dog’s sensory system leads to more effective and humane training. For context, I am a doctoral-level behaviorist working with humans, and I value tools that prioritize clarity, consistency, and flexibility in behavioral learning. 😊

This collar is legit! I have a professional barking dog who is insane. I have tried the dogtra regular collar for barking and it did not work, He’s too smart. This collar I can control with a nik or constant the minute he barks. He still tries but just one time and peaceful after that. Of course this will only work for barking if you are home. But thats all I needed. Expensive but when a product works then it’s worth the money.

Purchased end of October, couldn't use until November because our dog got sick. Once we did start using it, lasted for maybe 10 uses before the performance became very inconsistent. I noticed a decline in behavior during training so we tested the collar - this is fully charged for 10 hours. Settings at 10-30, testing on ourselves, sometimes felt in full and sometimes nothing at all. Vibrate worked 100% all the time. The stem was very inconsistent. No exposure to water or anything. Strictly for indoor and walking/leash training. 1 week of use and then very inconsistent performance. Contacted Customer Support. Told they could do a return/refund. That's good, we'll buy the Arc because we know that one works for our other dog. Then they tell me there's a $62 RESTOCKING FEE...FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!?!?! First, I did tell them multiple times that 1) item is DEFECTIVE and should NOT be restocked/sold to another customer, and, 2) There should not be a restocking fee for a DEFECTIVE item! OH, BUT WAIT, I can contact them to TRY and get $62 of promotional credits on my next purchase....OF THE SAME DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! BUYER BEWARE

Okay this collar is hood for 3 dogs. I have one. Make sure the toggle is in the right place. Dogtea customer service is excellent!

OJO, este producto es solo para entrenadores profesionales, los comentarios negativos al respecto que he visto son de personas que en primer lugar no debieron comprar este collar. Si no tienes conocimiento del uso correcto de este collar, por favor no lo compres.

Muy práctico, en estuche muy lindo, justo lo q necesitábamos para el entretenimiento..y además llego con un regalito ..un clicker. Gracias
