I like to have a snack around for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up or to have on hand in the car when there are few good choices. These bars are not too sweet, don't have high-glycemic sugars or artificial sweeteners. They are hard to find. These bars take good, too. They use allulose and monk fruit sugar, the kinds that many keto and low carb medical folk recommend. That, the plant protein(varies by flavor) and prebiotic fiber (tapioca, corn) all make them a good choice if you are limiiting your carbs. No sugar alcohols either (they give some people gas)! They do have a bit of probiotics as well. The nutrition is the most important thing to me about snack bar, but they are a 2oz size and are filling. They are a bit on the dry side, but a good consistency for a snack and not as likely to melt as some of my other favorites (Think). They definitely are a good value for the money. They are good for cooler weather - I am hoping they won't melt in the car in the hot summers, as I like to have a healthy snack around to avoid all of the temptations I encounter while shopping and running errands! It definitely is a good idea to get the variety pack if you are new to Munk Pack, as I am, to review them for your taste and dietary restrictions. They hit most of the boxes, Non-GMO, non-gluten, but do have various nuts in some of the flavors, so if you have an allergic reaction to concern yourself over, read the labels.

Absolutely the best protein bars. Great for snacking

It’s got a good amount of protein and it’s a high quality product. There is a good amount of fiber and very little sugar. The flavor is incredibly bland and the texture isn’t great. I would have expected more peanut butter flavor from a peanut butter flavored product. It’s really largely flavorless. The texture is kind of crispy, but mostly just crumbly and chalky. I eat it for the protein, but I don’t enjoy it. Simply fuel protein balls have significantly better flavor and texture.

I always find it hard to find protein bars that taste good, have a good amount of protein in them and aren't a ton of calories. These hit all 3! They are a good source of protein, just around 200 calories and taste delicious!! I can't wait to order more.

These taste great, and they have a lot of protein, low sugar, some good potassium, and decent calcium. But, the bars have 1/5 of the calcium the nutrition facts in the product image claim (4% DV instead of 20% - see the attached pictures of the product page vs the actual box). The calcium was one of the main ways I was able to justify the high price at $2.33 per bar, so this was quite disappointing.

I love these! They keep me full for a long time and taste good, too! The fiber doesn’t send you running to the bathroom either or a lot of gas. ❤️

I really enjoyed this protein bar sampler pack. The flavors were rich and satisfying without being overly sweet, and I appreciated the soft, chewy texture, definitely more enjoyable than the typical chalky protein bar. They kept me full between meals, which is a huge plus. I also love that they’re plant-based and have a clean ingredient list. If I had to nitpick, a couple of the flavors were a bit similar, but overall, this was a great way to find a new favorite.
