NinjaのアイスクリームメーカーNC299AMZで使っています。この容器に材料を入れて一日以上冷凍し、できた氷をアイスクリームメーカーに入れて砕くと完成です。完全に砕かれますので完成したものはかき氷というよりも普通のアイスクリームです。使い方に注意が二つあります。 1.氷の表面が斜めにならないようにしてください。アイスクリームメーカーの刃は固く、ものすごい勢いで回転しますから、氷の表面が斜めになっていると、この容器が壊れるかもしれません。平らなところに置いて冷凍してください。 2.氷を冷凍庫から出して10分ぐらい溶かしてからアイスクリームメーカーに入れたほうがいいようです。
