2014 Apple iPad Air 2 (9.7-inch, Wi-Fi, 16GB) - Silver (Renewed)

Was a little weary ordering an iPad that had been previously used but the item I received was in absolute fantastic condition. Could not fault the transaction and the seller’s communication and reply’s were the very best I’ve experienced. Needles to say I’ve since purchased another for my daughter. Highly Recommend

It came earlier than expecerd! And also had little scuffing on the side but overall exceeded my expectations of what a refurbished device could do. However the charging cable that was supplied did not work with the iPad coming up with a 'this accessory is not supported' which was a bummer because I spent a little extra buying this iPad as it had a charger. Overall superb device

When this iPad came the package was open and it didn’t look pleasant or new. This iPad looks like it’s been used by someone. I didn’t expect that Amazon would do this kind of things because it should always be looking nice . The iPad also has some issues and it doesn’t charge very well from the start although new iPads always charge quicker, this one doesn’t. I brought an iPad from Amazon last time and this didn’t happen, everything worked very fine however this one doesn’t. I’m very disappointed.

Delivery was amazing, iPad is great cannot go wrong. Perfect for my little girl.

The iPad wasn’t charged on arrival so had to wait fir it to charge before actually using it. However once this was done everything worked well. It is currently being used as a drawing tablet for my daughter but I guess if you need it for more than that then buy one with more than 16GB of storage.

I met it in perfect condition, battery last days even when it's connected to the Internet. My only problem is that I can't get some app like WhatsApp and telegram in the device.

The iPad is great I bought it for my son and he loves it but I’d also just like to say this company is amazing I had a little bit of an issue with the iPad I bought and the company helped with the issue and sent out a new iPad for me and was great with communication

I thought you had put a new iPad in the package I got wow no scratches bangs or dings thank you nice item no faults I will have no problems recommending you

It’s a little slow but great for the price and large screen the charger it came with did not charge fast so I used my own

Just a little disappointed that it never mentioned if a stylus pen works ok it or not?!

So I purchased with this company a month ago. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter. When I received it I opened it to make sure everything came as in the description, make sure it properly worked, and set it up so she wouldn’t have to herself. Well I couldn’t turn it on because it was completely dead. I charged it for 3 hours and it never fully charged. Fast forward to Christmas. It was never powered back on until Christmas and when she powered it on it was at 50%. I also purchased 2 Apple Pens and neither will pair to the iPad but works on mine and my MacBook, so I know it’s not the pens. Now it glitches, don’t hold a charge, and powers off at 12%. I also purchased a 2 year warranty but by it being a recent purchase, I was told to contact seller. I’ve called and messaged seller and no response. We are very disappointed! I will never purchase a refurbished product again.
