My diabetic parents didnot consume their favourite sabudana khichdi since last 20 years.I made the exact receipe of sabudana khichdi using this instead of sabudana and the results were outstanding. I actually check the sugar spike after consuming this and it was minimal for them. I am happy that my diabetic parents can enjoy their favourite breakfast without me worrying about their sugar levels. I am also loving this as this is tases and looks exactly like sabudana. Made good wada also. Love this product and I am buying this in bulk

This stuff is good and can be a great carb replacement for those on low carb. BUT :-)..... this is the 2nd time i bought this on Amazon and both the orders came with only 2 packets while I paid for 3. I did raise an issues with Amazon last time, well they don't do much ..... just told me " we will inform the vendor" So that is the only reason I give this a 3 star, as business ethics of a seller is important for me. If it was once I would have forgotten it as an err.
