From where is the saffron sourced?

Looking at their website, it says it's made in the US but doesn't say the source of the flower. It states it's dairy and gluten free and non-GMO.

Is this safrole free?

I looked everywhere on the jar, saw no mention of it.

To "boost energy" does this have a caffeine like, stimulant effect on the nervous system and heart rate? In a adverse way?

BOTTOM LINE: I feel better when I take them.

I love these saffron supplements! I was skeptical at first, thinking, maybe I wouldn’t see a noticeable difference, but when I say they are effective, I mean it. It isn’t like you take it and suddenly your whole life is sunshine and rainbows, but I’ll notice when I don’t take it for a few days - the subtle shift in my outlook. When I do take it, I am just cheerier and the world seems a little bit brighter. I’ve recommended it to several friends and they have similar experiences.
