This Victorinox paring knife is a fantastic little tool in my kitchen. The blade is incredibly sharp right out of the box and stays sharp even after regular use. The wavy edge makes peeling and slicing fruits and veggies so much easier and more precise. The handle feels sturdy and comfortable to hold, giving me great control without slipping. It’s the perfect size for detailed tasks and small prep work. Plus, the build quality is excellent definitely feels like a knife that will last for years.

These Victorinox paring knives have quickly become my wife’s favourite kitchen tool, and she’s a tough critic when it comes to anything related to cooking. The blade is extra sharp, that makes chopping and slicing a breeze – perfect for her deshi curries. As for me? The best I can manage is boiling an egg, but she’s decided it’s high time I learn the art of proper Bangladeshi cooking. Armed with this little green wonder, I’ve sliced onions, chopped tomatoes, and survived a few beginner curry lessons without losing a finger. It’s lightweight, sturdy, and apparently does the job better than any of our other knives. If my wife approves of it, it’s as good as gold. Whether you’re a seasoned chef or someone just learning to cook (under duress), this knife is a sharp little ally in the kitchen.

I have had a black handled one of these for years although it does not have a pointed edge so I was happy enough to purchase knowing they would be sharp for years. What I can say is this, they are very sharp from the get go (My partner managed to cut herself while using these knives) The actual blade feels a little flimsy but its still sharp and I think perfect for cutting tomatoes and other small vegetables especially if they are a little soft. The handle is a little on the small side for an adult but still comfortable to use. A two pack makes them very good value for money and I hope they will last many years like other knives I have had from this company.

Amazing product. A friend advised me to buy these and I also purchased for my children who are now adults and use to chop. They stay sharp if washed by hand and I love them. They are aerated and lightweight.

Very good knives, watch your fingers as they are very very sharp. Not sure why they sell these as a 2 pack, would be better if they were 2 diff knives Don't particularly like the plastic on the handles, makes them feel cheap

Ale trzeba się przyzwyczaić i uważać. Nóż jest nawet po 2 miesiącach częstego używania nadal ostry jak skalpel, o czym w pierwszych dniach przekonały się moje dwa opuszki. Odkąd bardziej uważam to już spoko - dzisiaj sałatka świąteczna poszła błyskawicznie i tak drobno poszatkowana jak dawno mi się nie udało. Mimo małego rozmiaru nie ma problemu z krojeniem wędlin, chleba, warzyw czy owoców. Dokupiłem jeszcze 2 i wszystkie stare małe poszły do kosza. Czego chcieć więcej od noża, szczególnie za takie pieniądze...

This is NOT a ‘black’ Victorinox serrated pairing knife. I ordered this item and received a 2-pack of the standard serrated pairing knife. Again, NOT the black ones. Very disappointed in the misleading product description.

Llevaba tiempo buscando un cuchillo que fuera bueno de verdad para el día a día en la cocina y, después de leer varias opiniones, me decidí por este. No puedo estar más contento. El filo es impresionante. Corta de todo sin esfuerzo, desde verduras duras como zanahorias hasta tomates blandos, y lo hace con una precisión increíble. Se nota que el acero es de muy buena calidad. Además, el mango es ergonómico y muy cómodo de agarrar, lo que te da mucha seguridad al usarlo. Lo mejor es que, a pesar de usarlo a diario, el filo se mantiene afilado por mucho tiempo. Es muy fácil de limpiar y no se estropea en el lavavajillas, aunque suelo lavarlo a mano. Si buscas un cuchillo de cocina versátil, duradero y con un corte excepcional, este cuchillo es una inversión que vale cada céntimo. Te lo recomiendo al 100%.

gibt es zwar anderorts sogar günstiger, diese Messer sind aber ein Traum... so scharf, perfekt für Obst und Gemüse bzw. man kann auch sehr gut Tomaten oder Zwiebeln damit schneiden. Natürlich kann man sie nicht selbst schärfen, aber um den Preis kann man sich dann doch nach einiger Zeit wieder neue leisten (wir haben unsere nun schon seit Jahren)
