I bought a set of these knives a few months ago. One broke the other day whilst I was trying to cut a clove of garlic. Do they come with any warranty?

I don't know if there's a warranty but l would ask for a refund or replacement if you have had them less then a couple of months lve had mine for over six months and they are as good as new from day one l cut a big potato up for chips and slice my finger luckily not much but they are very sharps leave chopping things up to my hubby but truthfully they were worth the money hope this helps.

Can this knife be used with the left hand please? I usually find serrated knifes cut towards the edge and slide out, when used in the left hand.

Neither my wife or I are left handed These knives are VERY sharp so I would think they would cut well using the left hand. I think they are great. My wife thinks they are too small

Are these dishwasher safe / heatproof?

Hi I cannot answer your question as I do not use a dish washer. However I would say with confidence that these knives are well made and the moulded handle very secure.In conclusion, in my opinion I would say it would be safe to use these excellent knives in a dishwasher.
