We have been using SpeedTalk for years to manage our tracking devices. With 3G going away I had to replace my tracker and purchased this sim card to use in the new device. But, truth be told, I never put it into service. My old sim card from a couple years ago still works perfectly and was a straight transfer from one device to another and we are still operating as we always have. These guys are easy to work with and are quite helpful when you need them. The price options are many with the lowest being $5 a month, plus they have had some offers that gave me free time. They may still have them and will step right up and advise you that you have time coming. (Not sure if they still have this but it has been my experience over the years.) I set mine up with an automatic pay using a gift card to limit my exposier. Then after seeing that they were very honest and did not make billing errors I placed them on my regular card and forget the bill. It is charged to my card every month and I do not have to be concerned. (Just my trust in them. You may differ.) Bottom line is the sim card works, the service works and they have multiple options and will help advise you as to what will work best for your needs. I was surprised, back then, when they told me that my best option was their least expensive. Expected to be over sold but was not. We love these guys service. Which, by the way, has never had a single glitch.

I received the SIM card on 12/24/2024, and today, 1/1/2025, is the day I am still having problems with the SIM card. I called the support number to be told they were scaling my case, but all I get is instructions on connecting to a SIM card by email, and these instructions did not fix the problem. I called their support several times, but they kept playing the same game to avoid refunding my money or providing a working SIM card. When we purchase a service, we expect to work without any trouble, but this company is full of trouble. I'm in the USA, so maybe their SIM card doesn't work well here in the USA. I purchased another SIM Card from another well-known company, and the tracker worked immediately.

Purchased 2 for both neices this for $15 6gb plan unlimited text talk. So far almost a yr later they hav no major issues. It Uses tmobile network At 1st i thought u needed to keep CC on file but u dont need to just have uncheck box & remember to reload b4 cycle end or if automated works 4u then keep check 1) For those of you concerned about data -- remember kids are in school 6-8hrs / day & phone not in use. & when home they use wifi. So data no issue. When they graduate will $30 plan 2) network works well for them it runs on Tmobile check map on site for your area.. Con: online chat option for customer service is long for response,, but u can call. I usually just email they are pretty responsive ~if use use lots of data and are outside of the home not having access to wifi or in a building with wifi for guest or travel a lot. U will need a high data plan..
