I was a bit hesitant to purchase this little robot vac because there were no reviews but I’m so glad I did! It cleans amazingly well and the app is user friendly too! The lidar mapping feature works like a charm and I’ve stored the maps of the rooms so I can customize when and where it cleans. I’m impressed!

I upgraded my old Roborock S4Max, that I loved, to this one. I gave my old one to my parents because it still worked wonderfully. I have given this one a real chance but I am highly disappointed. I cannot trust it to clean my home without being home to monitor it. It does not go over low pile rugs or mats without sucking it up into the vacuum and then continuing to try to vacuum. No alert or notice is sent to my phone that there is an issue. I have decreased the suction level and it still is a problem. My old unit did not have this issue. I can foresee a burned up motor or such if I didn't catch this unit each time it had a rug sucked up in it. It will also go over large diameter power strip cables and then get stuck because it can't get back over it. Again it does not sent an alert through the app or end the cleaning. It just continues to try to become unstuck. My old unit would attempt to get free and then after a period of time, shut down and an alert would be sent that it was stuck. I did my research on this model before buying and thought it was a good upgrade, now I regret giving my old unit away before proving out that newer was better.

Does a great job. I wish the waste bin was designed differently. It never empties all the way at because of all the nooks and crannies.

I paid for new item, got one that obviously used, all protected film were removed and stick back carelessly, there's dirt all over the inside of the machine, dust bin has hair in it and there mold start growing in water tank. Now I having hard time to return it as well because UPS cannot tell me when will they able to come to pick it up, this is very fasatrating and should never happen!

Was really looking forward to using this, but straight out of the box and it won’t work. Just a flashing light, won’t go into pairing mode, won’t finish charging, instructions are abysmal/nonexistent, tried everything I could find on the internet and still just have a flashing light. I am working harder than this machine at this point and so it’s going back. I think I will go with a more well known brand instead.
