This is the best purchase I have made all year! I love nugget ice and to finally have one at home it the best. It’s super fast and keeps the ice cold as well! And not super noisy either!! Love this and would recommend for anyone who is an ice snob like me!!

Works great! Love the tiny ice cubes! Perfect for parties, since it makes ice very quickly and no one sticks their bacteria laden hands into the ice container! Easy to clean as well!

I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to do so after my experience with this Ecozy ice maker. I have only had this ice maker a few months and for about a month now I've had nothing but issues. I've reached out to tech support (which is a joke) and takes them several days to respond and only through email. My phone call was seemingly to someone that takes the call and files a report for someone to email instructions on what to do. I already followed the same instructions they told me in the email through the manual that came with the machine. I'm now wondering if I was sent a used or refurbished machine. I purchased what was supposed to be a new machine. Until the machine started having issues, I wasn't aware that the lid is removable. I discovered what looks like hot glue or maybe super glue to some piece in the upper water reservoir. I followed their self-cleaning process again, unplugged it, plugged it back in. It didn't work. I guess they expect you to fix the machine yourself. They now want me to send a video of what it's doing. I don't have time you sit and watch the machine to try and catch it not make ice. It seems to be intermittent and my guess has something to do with a sensor. It constantly says to "add water" when the water reservoir is full. I've cleaned the machine several times and all of the tubing appears to be free of any obstructions. I was hoping for a far better experience due this ice makers higher cost. When it did work it made great ice. I have only used filtered water with the machine. The technical support did not help. I'm hoping this will help someone else in considering this product and maybe look elsewhere.

Really good machine, fast and easy to use. The down side is that after a while the ice melts. But if you have it on making ice it will continuously make ice. And keep it somewhat cold. When you turn off the ice making it will melt. I'm disappointed in that part. Not worth the amount of money if it doesn't keep the ice cold all the time. Does not keep ice cold unless in making ice mode. Would recommend.

Love this ice maker it's the best ice maker for the price it works and looks exactly as described the only thing that could make it better is if it had a water hookup

Work great and does not leak like the Frigidaire one I previously purchased before this one. Return the Frigidaire and purchased this and happy I did. The ice still takes about 1 hour to fill up enough ice for 2 tumblers for Iced americanos in the morning but it’s quiet enough to keep running.

Ice melts fast

This has been wonderful for the price as opposed to having a new ice maker installed in my fridge. You do have to empty the ice out as it will melt. This ice maker makes ice, but won't keep it frozen. I like the aqua color, it is fairly quiet, easy to operate. I had been using the plastic freezable ice cubes prior but there was always an aftertaste which wasn't pleasant, It is nice being able to use regular ice again! I hope this continues working for many years.

Love my product. I have it in use 18 hours a day. Its awesome. My only wish to make it better would be to have it fill the ice basket up fully before it tripped the shut off sensor. This is something that happens to all ice makers, so it seems to be the norm. If the could figure out how to do that and they'd be miles ahead of the competition. Overall great product

I absolutely love ice machine, not only is it cute but compact ! Makes seamless endless ice on demand ! It’s smaller so it fits perfect on my counter, I let it run throughout the day then transfer the cubes into the bag in my freezer ! I was tired of spending 5$ on a bag of ice every time so I switched to this machine and I am SO glad I did ! You can choose between small and large cubes, which I love this setting ! I will continue to use this ice machine , I am very pleased and happy ! I definitely recommend especially if you love your iced coffee like me ! :)

I have had this machine for over a year now and it is great at making ice. Even in the trailer in 27 degrees Celsius the ice stays frozen. It does stick together a bit (might get a clump of three cubes) but I just use the scoop to break it up before I scoop it. It is reasonably quiet as ice makers go and does make the ice quickly. When we travelled I would plug it in and fill it first thing and I had enough ice for two people by the time we we unhitched. I'm not a fan of the scoop size. It needs to be a bit narrower to fit the glasses.

Saving my summer

I've had this item for about 3 weeks and I love it! I put in about 8 cups of water and in just under 2 hours, it makes approx 140 ice cubes, which is over half of one of the large freezer bags provided. I saw some complaints about noise, I have an open concept kitchen/living room and can barely hear it working, it's absolutely not a problem. Now I have extra room in my freezer without all those ice cube trays lol. The blue colour looks so perfect with my decor in the kitchen too!
