There are so many choices for vibration plates and so many features to choose from. I wanted a quality product that would support lymph drainage, but didn’t want to pay a couple hundred for it. I was skeptical of all the choices in this price range, but decided to just go for one that had decent reviews. I absolutely love it. I have it plugged in under my desk and use it several times a day. After the first day, I could tell a difference in the swelling in my feet and ankles. After day three, I have not experienced any more swelling at all. The programs are great. Every minute, the speed of the vibration changes, and there are quite a few programs to choose from. I’ve not used the manual setting. The remote is perfect. I leave the hard switch on the back turned on, and use the power and program buttons on the remote to turn it on and choose which program I want. One drawback, although just a slight one, I have it sitting on a smooth vinyl wood floor. The suction cups on the right side don’t seem to work well anymore and I do have to shift the machine during the program. But then, I am sitting in my desk chair when using it, so I’m always slightly pushing it forward, so I suppose that is to be expected. Overall, I love it.

I LOVE MY Vibration Mat!! I use it for Lymphatic Drainage! And let me tell you, it will jiggle the pee right out! I use it with my Cavitation Machine, b4 & after treatment. I also have Sciatica and anyone who has that knos what kind of pain that is. When my leg flares up I stand in it and then I stand on my toes. (Not ballet toes) and it takes the pain away. But most of all I’m constantly working outside and everything starts hurting so I will come in a few times during the day and it relaxes every muscle! It’s like when you first get up in the morning. This may is the bomb of mats! If you tense and have muscle aches this is what you want. It just feels amazing when you get off after a 15 min vibration! I’ve had my hip replaced and it does not affect it in anyway. I just love it. I’m in my mid 60’s , so age has nothing to do with anything. Even comes with bands that attach to the sides for extra workouts. I give it a 5 star review! It’s just fantastic.

Great equipment. Use it every other day . you feel the difference after you use this equipment. Gives you this tingling sensation that blood is circulating. Most of your muscles, which is good for people that doesn’t do a lot of exercise. I exercise regularly, but this is also a good option when you can’t go outside or go to the gym you can incorporate or other equipment. You can use it for stepping or push-ups. Be creative.

This vibration plate is comfortable , pain free , very sturdy . Helps with circulation . Can control the speed .
