Aqua Armor Fabric Waterproofing Spray for Natural Fabrics, 8 Oz

Does exactly as advertised, repels water, dirt, pretty much anything you don't wanna get on your fine fabrics! Definitely use this product!

I put it on a booney hat. Did ok during a light rain, but once the heavy stuff started, it didn't last. So don't expect it to help keep you dry during a storm.

Good for one short use, maybe before a big camping trip, but application is difficult due to poor design of spray bottle, order double what they say you need. Was extremely happy with initial results and absence of residue or film

This product claims to have enough to treat 4 jackets. I bought for my men's small cotton jacket. I followed all the instructions. The pump spray is so inconsistent and ineffective for an even coat that covering the coat throughly was a pain. By the time I covered half the jacket the bottle was almost empty. No way this would ever cover 4 jackets. I could accept 3, 2 maybe, but this couldn't even cover 1! The end result... My jacket is waterproof minus all the missing spots, the hood, and the back of the sleeves. I felt so ripped off as I had to heat the jacket to cure the solution and couldn't wait on another shipment from this company. If I buy another bottle, the larger bottle at a whopping $20 plus shipping, or even another product, I doubt I could use it now that the jacket is semi-waterproof. I bought the synthetic one for a backpack and it just covered the backpack.... It too claimed 4 jackets... more so, both of these say that 2 coats of spray should be done for better results. The larger, $20 bottle is way over priced. Avoid that too.

I am AMAZED! There is no other word for it! I just lightly spritzed it on and ironed, thought I would need to do another coat, surely that wouldn't cut it... boy, was I wrong! I tested the fabric by pouring some water on it, and it beaded right up. I waited, no seeping or darkening of the fabric to show wetness. I can't tell you how much fun it was to roll the beads of water around! :DI had half the fabric done and called my husband in to feel it. I made him feel treated and untreated, and he tried to cleverly guess by touch which I had done. He was completely wrong. Honestly, NO color change, even on multi-colored fabrics. No tactile difference. No stiffness.I was concerned about residue as it suggests ironing at highest temperature for the fabric for best results. It left not a scent, not a streak, no residue or anything on my iron.Worth far more than it costs.

I used this to to waterproof a military (M65) style field jacket and the results were fantastic! It was my first time using this product and was a bit skeptical at first, but I could not be happier with the results. Highly recommended!

I have used this product as per the instruction and have found it to be somewhat miss leading concerning the coverage. Altho it DOES waterproof an item to some extent, it takes a great deal more coverage to gain what I was expecting to do. So the amount listed for 4 jackets is not tru, unless your counting a jacket as a small childs. I will buy this again but in a much LARGER quanity.

I've just purchase Aqua Armor and it's the best product I've found for my jacket. The product arrived quickly and I was luckily able to use it last weekend. The water just beads up and rolls right off! But I was impressed this weekend when I was camping and spilled my greasy gravy on my jacket. I just stood up and it rolled right off. I just save my wife the trouble of cleaning my jacket, but my wife will never know. . I was able to cover my jacket and one shirt and have plenty left over.
