Firstly I really enjoy the flavour though it took me a little while to get used to. As a preworkout I think it's a fantastic product. I experimented with the dose and found that one scoop was enough for a regular workout just to give that little extra focus and push. 2 scoops on the other hand was mind blowing and had the adrenaline really rushing through my body giving me a massive extra push and an almost new found strength. I found 2 scoops to be a little to strong so I found a happy medium which is 1 and a half scoops which give me that huge boost im looking for without over doing it. I think this is alot better than my previous pre workout because is offers better effects at lower doses and the added creatine really helps with strength work. It also quite easily lasts for a solid 2 hour session with some to spare. Overally, really happy with the product. I will definately be buying again and will recommend this to friends. Thanks!

I received this Saturday and tried it for the 1st time Sunday I'm 52 years of age and have just got back into the gym 6 weeks ago after a lengthy lay off due to surgery on both shoulders but am making really good progress. I searched for a "pre workout" and scoured the reviews as some I have tried in the past have been crap! At my age I have found that a little assistance goes a long way as I like to train hard but over a short period of time. I took one and a half scoops in about 200ml of water and it mixed very well without it being grainy in any way and tasted good, not overly sweet so didn't taste sickly in anyway, i drank it probably about 30 mins before lifting the first weights and felt it go to work fairly rapidly, definitely had a good workout and pump and didnt tire or feel fatigued. All in all does what it says on the tub and will definitely be reordering. Many thanks Tony

There are better pre-workout suppliments on the market than this, but few which provide better all round value for money. The formula tastes nice - a bit like diluted fruit squash - and mixes really well with no clumping at all and very little residue left behind. It contains 160mg of caffine per scoop, which is less than a lot of other brands that seem to default to 200mg per scoop, and I would describe the effect it has as more of a buzz than a kick, but its definitely helped with my work out and didnt leave me with the jitters as some stronger brands might. Other active ingredients include creatine 1500mg, beta alamine 1000mg, Taurine1000mg, and vitamine B12

Hi unfortunately this product had a open seal when I've got it , and it seamed to me that a bit was missing, had a good taste , energy, from a number 1 to 10 did hit me with a bit of energy maybe a 6 ,i wanted to send it back because it was open but , i had a scoop myself because it had a nice smell and i was curious how it tasted That open sealed did it for me , i don't think i will order again

The flavouring (Berry) is probably the best I’ve tasted out of a good few pre workouts I’ve tried, it’s not too strong a flavour which means I can dilute it with not a lot of water, this is a bonus for me as I don’t like to drink too much right before a workout as I’ll feel really bloated and heavy. I found it to be quite an intense period once it started, I could only think about 1 thing at a time which has its pros & cons, I found myself lifting more weight for more sets, I also found that I was unintentionally decreasing Rest time between sets as the product just made me want todo more, I didn’t feel fatigued at the end of the workout as I normally would but found myself hitting failure so I knew it was time to stop which in my personal preference I really like. Considering the product compared to pricing I think it’s an outstanding product, I don’t think there is another pre workout that is coming close to the quality:price ratio of this so I would certainly recommend to a friend as pre workouts like these normally cost alot more money.

Wow, I am not only gaining better quality workout where I can see I am pushing myself to the limits etc but also my house is clean! Finally I have done some deep cleaning at home on this product. With regards to the workout I can feel I can do more reps more accurate movements and in this case I know I am able to hit my target! I can feel more power and I must say that the taste is really great! especially that usually preworkouts are really disgusting to drink making you feel sick to drink 250 ml but this one is really tasty. It is a lot of product and it will last for a long time too, therefore, I strongly recommend it in terms of value for money.

worst ever pre workout, did absolutely nothing, even with 2 scoops, total waste of money as you can’t return it , orange juice would have done a better job
