This is a really great protien. It's got a very tart flavor (which I like, but stay away or add it to a sweet juice if you don't). It's clear when it settles but the terxture is extremely clumpy adn it floats on top of the liquid if you try to mix it in a glass with a spoon and drink immediately. I use a coffee scoop (to avoid mess) and add it to a shaker bottle an hour or so before I plan to drink it. Sometimes even overnight. Don't try it with soda, it will fizz over and make a mess.

I’ve ordered the Isopure Clear Protein in the Citrus Lemonade flavor multiple times, and it’s easily my favorite clear protein. I’ve tried several other clear protein options because this is my preferred way to get protein in after a workout, and this one stands out above the rest. It mixes extremely well with water and stays completely smooth—no clumps or gritty texture, which I’ve experienced with other clear proteins. That alone makes it much more enjoyable to drink consistently. The taste is excellent and very refreshing. It truly tastes like lemonade rather than a typical protein shake, which is a big plus post-workout. From a nutrition standpoint, this one also delivers. It has fewer calories and more protein than many other clear proteins I’ve tried, making it a great option when I want something light but effective. It’s also easy on my stomach, with no digestive issues after drinking it. Overall, this is a high-quality clear protein that tastes great, mixes easily, and delivers strong nutritional value. Given the quality and performance, I think it’s a very good value for the price and one I’ll continue to repurchase.

I agonize over which flavor to choose and finally settled on Citrus. So far, I'm happy with my decision. I made my first glass of this. I read the label, more like glanced, and saw the shaker cup. I pulled mine out of the cabinet, filled it will ice then water, then a scoop of the powder. I was really impressed with how fine and light the powder is, a good sign to me that it'll mix well with water. On went the lid and I started shaking. I had a quick reminder to make sure the flip top part is secure... cleaned up that mess and shook some more. I could clearly see clumps and decided to skip the shaking and go to the Nutribullet. This was not a good idea. So. Much. Foam. It's dense enough that it holds my straw (reusable, plastic) upright in the middle of the cup. It's settling down quickly and I've taken a few drinks with a straw (how I normally drink from a cup, unless I want to wear it). The flavor is light and pleasantly citrus. It has a weird after taste - I think it's a "protein" taste. I would like to caution the reader here, my assessment of the taste is not the most reliable. I finished chemo a year ago and things still don't taste the same. One of my biggest issues is that drinks will have a viscous flavor and makes me want to gag. Every electrolyte drink/mix, juice, and water enhancer does this. I've been board out of my mind with plain water, so I thought I'd try this and get a protein bump out of it too. Overall, the flavor is good. I read a comment about mixing with fruit juice - I can tolerate 100% cranberry juice well so tomorrow we'll see how cran-citrus tastes!

I just tried this yesterday, and I was amazed by it! I did use a milk frother to mix it, but there were still a few lumps, nothing big. A foamy texture was created on top, similar to a lemonade made with soda which was interesting. I really liked the citrus flavor, and I think you can blend it with black tea or the fruit of your choice to create a variety of drinks, so you don't get bored. I really wish there was a bigger size because now I can confidently say I like this type of protein way better than the typical milky flavors.

Found it difficult to mix, very clumpy. The directions say use cold water, nope! So I made with hot water and that worked. The flavor is not bad, a bit sweet.

I’m always nervous to try new protein powders because I usually find them disgusting, but I genuinely liked this. It’s not super sweet, it definitely leans more sour for a lemonade, which is fine with me. Initially I watered it down quite a bit because I anticipated it being strong, but after tasting it I feel like that may not have been necessary. It blended really well and was a genuine clear drink. When you shake it, it gets really foamy and you can still see some chunks, but after letting it settle for a few minutes all the chunks had dissolved. I’m happy to finally have a palatable protein drink! It kept me full for breakfast and I haven’t had any weird stomach issues. I chose this one because it didn’t have artificial sweeteners or coconut, and I think it makes a huge difference.

Hard to find clear, fruity, and tasty protein drinks. This is a really great choice. Sometimes you just don’t want it to be milky ( it is made from milk proteins)

I really like the flavor, it’s tart and not too sweet. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but it seems like a high-quality whey protein powder, and it doesn’t cause any digestive issues for me like other brands do. The only downside is the foam. Whether I shake it (like they recommend) or stir it, it gets very foamy and takes a while to settle.

Used to love this but now the product has a very bitter aftertaste and its not pleasant at all. I know it has stevia but the bitterness is too much not like before. Wont be ordering again unfortunately.
