I wish the arch had a round end, but I like everything else. Great design. Perfect size for what I needed it for. So good I ended up giving it to my son. His back issues are worse than mine so he needed it more than I did.

My wife and I are both thrilled with this massage hook. It makes working out pressure points between the shoulder blades super easy. Nice to be able to do it yourself because you can feel exactly what spots need hit.

Not sure what I did to my shoulder. It never hurt to lay on my side, but certain motions felt like I was getting stabbed in the shoulder. Rest, ice, tylenol... no help... massage, chiropractic... no help... finally decided to get a trigger point tool and book and after trying a few basics last night, my shoulder has not felt this good for six months. This trigger point tool is easy to hold, easy to use, can be put in multiple positions and feels quite sturdy, and you should work relatively gently on your muscles. I am looking forward to increased range of motion all because of this new wonder.

This thing is a life saver. I get bad back pains being on my feet all day and this thing is great especially when you have a knot in your back/neck/hard to reach places. If you have a spouse who sucks at massages then get you one, this is cheap and easy way to get pain relief and not have to annoy your partner for one of their lack luster massages.
