Nice color change “recharge” indicator
I use these for a variety of purposes (in air tight food containers for pasta, rice, bread, crackers etc as well as in my gun safe, document safes, etc) to keep humidity from ruining contents. They work well, and I like that they can be easily recharged when the color change indicates it is time. The fabric containing the desiccant silica gel is sturdy to prevent leakage of any silica beads. I like that these are food safe (I also use them for non-food items) and use only food safe desiccants so that I don’t need to keep track of which desiccant packs are safe for foods. These are fairly expensive but given they can be recharged and that they are food safe, they are a good value. 5 stars IMHO.

Very nice product but confusing instructions; GREAT customer service
This is a great product, though I was a little confused about the recharging instructions. I thought this could be recharged in the microwave, but the packaging said that this version of their product, the Aiwa packets, should _not_ be microwaved. I sent a message to Customer Service, and they responded quickly. For the 10 gram packets, they can indeed be microwaved on the defrost cycle, but the smaller packets (5g and smaller) should not be microwaved. Doing so can cause the packet material to melt. As it turns out, they use the same product bag for all the multiple sizes, so the instructions on the bag led to the confusion. So... 10g packets of the Aiwa packets are microwave safe. Smaller Aiwa packets are not.

Value for money, and the product did its intended job well.
Great product for storing dried goods. Not crazy about their ability to be “reused” though. I followed all of the instructions on how to “re-dry” the packs, but the indicator beads remained the same color as when they first showed they had been exposed to moisture. Not 100% certain the indicator beads are MEANT TO return to their original bright Orange color. However the product did a great job for its original, intended purpose of keeping dehydrated products dry. So 5 stars for Use-ability 1 star for Re-use-ability.

Small and rechargeable
Small and work great! I didnt realise these were rechargeable with a microwave, so they are even better than expected! They have some give, so they can be folded to fit in even smaller pill organisers which I absolutely needed!

A must have in humid climates
When I first moved to Hawaii so many things (food, clothing, paper, etc...) were ruined by mold and mildew caused by humidity. These high quality silica gel packets are now a must have item for me. I've placed them in food containers, drawers, plastic bins and even my shoes.

10/10 recommend
I love these so much! I use them in jars with food I dehydrated and bulk food storage. I tried recharging them in my dehydrator and it worked well. I was a little concerned since one of the powders I put one in got stuck to it. Everywhere I looked had how to recharge them, but not how to clean them. I reached out to the company to ask and they got back to me quickly. Their response: For cleaning food powders off silica gel packets, here are the best methods depending on the type of contamination: 1. Light Surface Dust or Powder: Gently shake or tap the packets to remove excess powder. Use a soft brush (like a clean toothbrush) to lightly dust off any residue. 2. Stubborn Residue: Use a dry microfiber cloth to wipe the exterior. If needed, lightly wipe with a damp cloth, but avoid soaking the packets, as moisture will activate the silica gel. 3. Deep Cleaning (If Powder Has Stuck to the Packet): Compressed air (like the kind used for electronics) can help remove fine particles without adding moisture. If the powder is inside the packet, the silica gel may need to be replaced, as washing is not recommended. Important Notes: Do not rinse or submerge the packets in water, as moisture will saturate the silica gel beads. If cleaning with a damp cloth, allow the packets to fully dry before reusing, or reactivate them after cleaning using the standard oven or microwave method.

Cumplen su función. Sólo cuando compré el paquete, en la página web dice que para reutilizar las bolsas se puede usar el horno de microondas pero en el empaque dice que no.
