What is the best stand for Coyote Tango? It won't stand up on it's own no matter how we position it.

Can you move the cannons ?

In answer of your question on whether or not you can move the cannons. Yes, the cannons can be turned over the shoulders onto it's back. Both cannons can be moved seperatly. I hope this helps you. I have the entire collection of Kaiju's and Jaeger's from the first film.

Is it assembled or not

This is an Action Figure, not a model. It should arrive fully assembled and ready-for-play.

It says this is 7" figure but in details it says it is 8". Which is it?

It's around 7" or 8" depending on where they were measuring. The details says 8" because they measured they measured the height from the point where the back canons are pointing up.
