I see some reviews saying it doesn’t suction? Oh it suctions! It almost hurts but in a good way because you know it’s doing its job! I’ve been so busy I haven’t been able to keep on this but I literally see a difference in my cellulite after one use! So I gotta make it a habit! Great price great product! I recommend oil!

I used these cups per request of my son’s physical therapist, and they work well. When we went for his follow up appointment she was very happy with the progress of using these cups. I do recommend following the use time. Don’t go over. And my product actually came on time as well! Thanks

Used for shoulder area after surgery to work out tight spots. Works well. There's a time for compression & a time to pull the tissue out to let it breathe & get blood flowing. These can help do that

These silicone cupping cups are super soft and comfortable, which I really appreciated. I’ll be honest — I couldn’t quite get the suction I was hoping for, but that may very well be user error and part of the learning curve. That said, I still prefer these over glass cups. They feel safer, easier to handle, and way less intimidating. If you’re familiar with cupping or comfortable with the technique, I think these could work really well for you. Overall, a nice set — just be prepared to practice a bit to get the hang of it. I’d recommend them, especially if you want a gentler alternative to glass.

No suction whatsoever. I needed it for my lower back and it doesn’t stay put. I used oil and followed the instructions but nothing. Would not recommend.

This Does Not do anything. Hard to get it to suction for any movement. 2-hans needed to get it to suction, then you move it and it's not suction. Frustrating

I needed a quick and easy cupping set to get me through in between therapy appointments. It takes a little bit to get the hang of it, but once you do they work great! I reckon I’ll be back for a second set.
