Legit JBL products and I did connect to JBL portable app. The shipping should be improved. Frustration will occur due to unreliable delivery courier update. Unable to contact the delivery rider, unlike other on-line flatforms.

Item not charging anymore after less than 1month of purchase
The speaker is not charging anymore. I tried to contact the customer service for JBL but they said they cannot assist me. Does anyone have any idea how to contact JBL customer service to address this issue?

I would not say that the sound quality can be better, just that it does not match what I want. There is good bass but I prefer a speaker that has greater clarity in articulation- something which some smaller speakers have. For items like this, it is best to listen for yourself as sound quality can be rather personal.
