This is a really good and expensive personal ice cream maker. I made vegan vanilla Frozen Custard and it came out really well when I did about a half a pint for the run the first time. I will suggest a larger bowl ice and rock salt to set it in after you've frozen the bowl overnight to keep it really really cold so you can do a whole pint and it come out the consistency you want. It does make it like it's supposed to be not completely Frozen but almost so that you can put it in a container and just let it freeze for a little bit if you want it to be a little bit harder than fresh out of the machine. But it came out perfect it was really good delicious it mixed well. If all you need is a personal ice cream machine to make a half pint or a pine at a time this is the one for you. The performance of it was wonderful and it's easy to use.

Would not buy again the battle to mix does not work well

This product is not at all what is says it is. And it's not about the size. It is about the quality of the product. It puts out the recipes are all in grams and it is extremely hard to be able to convert them into ounces. Also, the whisk has no power at all to make the ice cream in a timely manner therefore, the eyes on the cup that it keeps the liquid cold in order to make the ice cream melts way before the time allowed in the recipes.
