I purchased Molecular H2TAB Hydrogen Tablets with Magnesium (12 PPM) about a year ago after hearing several biohackers discuss the potential benefits of hydrogen water. Gary Brecka specifically recommends this brand, which influenced my decision to try it. I typically use the tablets a few times a week, especially after workouts. My preferred method is to drop a tablet into a sealed bottle so it can fully dissolve without exposure to air. Once it’s finished dissolving, I drink the water within a few minutes to ensure I’m getting the maximum hydrogen content. I’ve experimented with a few other hydrogen tablet brands, and in my experience, these seem to be more effective. When I use this brand, I feel more energized and refreshed afterward. While individual results may vary, I personally notice a difference compared to others I’ve tried. They are priced a bit higher than some competing brands, but I find them worth the extra cost based on my experience. The tablets are also very convenient — easy to use and individually packaged, which makes them great for travel or tossing into a gym bag. These tablets are tasteless and have no smell. After adding to your water, you won't know that it is there. If you are looking for flavor than I recommend the raspberry flavor made by the same brand. Overall, I’ve been happy with the quality and consistency of this product.

I have read about alot of the benefits of hydrogen tablets. I have been taking them for couple weeks. I can definitely tell a difference in energy and lingering inflammation in the mornings but one thing ifs for sure. If you dont have time to make your coffee and sit and wait to drink it to get yourself going in the day, these could be great for you to start your day. I drink this first thing in the morning and it immediately erases my morning brain fog and gives me a quick pick me up to help get out the house im mornings!

I’ve tried a few molecular hydrogen tablets (including more expensive ones), and this is the one I keep coming back to. The biggest difference for me is how quickly I feel it. I notice a clear boost in energy almost immediately- especially before workouts. It’s not jittery or overstimulating, just a clean, noticeable increase in stamina and reduced muscle fatigue. Even outside of workouts, I feel a subtle but real energy lift. It takes about ~2 minutes to fully dissolve, but it dissolves more completely than others I’ve tried. I usually cover my glass while it’s dissolving to preserve the hydrogen, and I do notice a difference when I do that. One thing worth noting: these do contain dextrose—but from what I’ve found, that’s standard across essentially all hydrogen tablets (it’s part of how the hydrogen is generated). So if you’re trying to avoid it entirely, you may not find an alternative in this category. Overall, this has been one of the more noticeable supplements I’ve used. If you’re using it specifically for energy and workout performance, the effects are pretty immediate.

Arrived quick, nice packaging & Logo but I've been buying the Sunshine & Rain Brand for sometime as it had more magnesium & I loved that they truly are tasteless. However, they were out of stock and upon researching other brands this one came up with a lot of reviews, mostly positive, so ordered 2 boxes. Just made my first one and immediately I noticed the tablets were grey, not white. Upon dissolving, I saw there was a terrible film at the top of the water (see pics). Then, upon tasting, could easily tell there is a mineral taste to the water, that was off putting. So in comparison to my initial brand, they just don't meet the same quality as I'm used to. I'm sure they work well and I see many folks do love them, but I just think having another brand to compare them to, put them a little lower on the quality scale, for me! Needless to say I'll be going back to my initial brand. Sorry 😞!

I have been using these for the last year and they work Amazing. First thing I do in the morning it quickly consume an entire bottle of spring water with one dissolved tab. The ONLY reason I did not give 5 out of 5 is because these last few batches I have purchased take Noticeably longer to dissolve which is not a big deal but with anything I am taking for health benefits Im not a huge fan of inconsistency triggering potential reg flags in the production process… I think with the endorsement of Gary Brecka (Huge Fan) they might have had issues keeping up with demand and changed something. As i said though, overall Great Product worth a try if you have not.

Truly flavorless. Dissolves quickly. I feel an extra boost and a little more ‘on-point’ during the coarse of my day. May also help control my Afib.

Love these, love these I absolutely love these tablets total game changer and cost effective. Everyone has different needs but I can honestly say that my aches from driving allday, my energy levels, my endurance levels have increased. I have also noticed recovery is better I can work hard and wake energized, on time and not sluggish even from a nap. There may be others but these work well

These hydrogen tablets seem to do what they claim—I’ve noticed improved hydration and a subtle boost in how I feel overall, especially during busy or physically demanding days. They dissolve quickly and are easy to use, which makes it simple to add them to my daily routine. That said, while they’re labeled as unflavored, the taste is a little off. It’s not awful or overpowering, but there’s a mild mineral/metallic note (likely from the magnesium) that I wasn’t expecting. It’s very drinkable, just not completely neutral. Overall, I think the benefits outweigh the taste issue, and I’ll continue using them. If you’re sensitive to flavor, you might want to use them in colder water or drink quickly. Solid product—just not quite perfect, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
