The best diabetic socks I’ve ever used
These are hands‑down the best diabetic soft socks I’ve ever worn. They’re incredibly comfortable, nicely padded, and feel great on the feet all day. The softness and cushioning make a real difference, especially if you need something gentle and supportive. My only complaint is that now I can’t find them anywhere — which is a shame, because nothing else I’ve tried comes close. Fantastic socks while you can get them.

Another good Sock
I had purchased the doctors choice diabetic socks for many times and the recent last purchase from them was disappointing. Not only did the socks feel too thin but the kept riding down my feet causing heel rubs with my shoes. Dont know what happened to their quality control. Made in china, is there such a thing. So i purchased these sugar free socks as a alternative and they are much better for me, they stay in place and do not ride down or slip on my feet. They are comfortable enough and will be my primary purchase option from now on until they arent. Dont know what happened to the other brand, but staying with this one for a while.

Comfortable And Cushioned
These socks are so comfortable, with extra cushioned on the sole and heel. I was a little leery about them staying up, but even with the less binding elastic they do stay in place. I don't have diabetes, but I do have swelling in one foot and ankle and my old socks used to leave deep marks on my lower calf. These socks still leave a mark, but it's not deep and goes away quickly. Not only are SOX comfortable, they are also warm. I wear them most of the day and through the night with my slippers. So far, no cold feet. Like most socks I've worn, these do slip after walking for a while. However, if I wear better shoes, they tend to stay in place longer. With my cheaper slip-ons, the socks don't stay in place as well. I will definitely be buying more when these need to be replaced.

Great socks
Got these for my husband who has circulation issues in his feet. He likes then but wishes for a little more cushion in the bottom. I’ve snagged a pair now and then and love them as well.

Comfort and non-binding top
I ordered this for my husband who is a type one diabetic. We’ve tried many socks and couldn’t seem to find one that didn’t cut into him at the top or be too bulky at the toe. These socks are gonna work out. Fantastically! I am so happy I always try to find something that’s comfortable for my husband with his diabetes and this has been the best item that I have found in wearing apparel in the long long time. Thank you for your good customer service and shipping these out right away I believe I had them on second day delivery through Amazon.

Nice socks but not for big (bariatric) size feet
These are nice socks but way too small for former football lineman husband. I may use them for sleeping. Husband wears 14EEEE shoes. I wear 9.

Diabetic socks that really look and feel good
I've been wearing diabetic socks for many years, based on my podiatrist's recommendation. These Sugar Free Socks are the best that I have ever found. They could easily pass for dress socks. They don't have that baggy sweatshirt look so typical of diabetic socks. They manage to stay up and look snug, but without compressing my ankles and limiting circulation. Most important, they come in large sizes. I wear a size 13 shoe, and the 13-15 socks are just perfect. I was surprised by the negative reviews written by some. I got the feeling that those reviewers had problems that no sock is going to be able to help.

Fit properly and are comfortable.
Fit a bit better than my usual white gym socks. Nice, soft feel to them and no annoying seams. I'll buy them again.
