Bang for the buck
The taste is pretty good. It smells like cat pee. It mixes easily. It’s give you a slight energy boost. The quality is pretty good. As far as strength I think it’s normal. Other brands offer a mix of extra supplements, amino acids in addition to the creatine monohydrate. The quantity is a lot. This thing should last 3 months or more. So definitely a bang for the buck kind of deal. I have used other brands that only give a 30 day supply for the same price.

Mango is a no go.
I love the apple flavor by this company so I tried the mango…. It is foul. The mango flavor tastes awful. Like if you took tropical flavoring and splashed it on musty dirty socks. Sorry guys it’s really bad and I wish I could return it. Stick with the apple flavor.
