Will we receive 3 different ones with 3 pack?

No, you get 1 and this is very very small.

I purchased this item for my son for Christmas the packet with the dinosaur's arms and tail were missing. Who do I contact about getting these items?

Amazon should be able to take care of it I believe. They have in the past with issues I've had with products.
