Los audífonos tienen excelente calidad, los utilizo para estar tomando llamadas todo el día y no me han fallado. Son muy cómodos, la verdad es que buscaba unos de marca pero encontré estos en Amazon que sobrepasaron mis expectativas. No tienen ningún problema con la conexión por medio del dongle

I bought this headset for my work-from-home job to replace a wired headset, and it’s honestly been a game changer. It paired easily with my company laptop, and I wear it pretty much all day without issues. The wireless freedom makes a huge difference. I can get up, let the dog out, grab a drink, stretch, or even fold laundry while finishing a call. Sitting and talking all day was actually starting to cause back problems for me, and this has helped a lot by letting me move around more. Sound quality is better than the wired headset I was using before, and the noise canceling works well. People on the other end hear me clearly, and background noise doesn’t seem to come through, which is important when working from home. I recently started working from home, my supervisor told me about these and sent the link for these headphones, (she absolutely loves the Headphones). Now I have to admit, for the first 2 weeks, they were great I LOVED THEM! The set up was super easy and fast, I used the dongle because I've always had issues with Bluetooth in the past. As soon as I plug the dongle in, I was ready to go, super easy super fast! The sound quality was spot on, and everyone could hear me clearly, and the cushion on the ears was perfect, i have sensitive ears and all others hurt my ears within 5 min of wearing them, these im able to have on for a few hours before my ear gets sore. Huge plus for me. LOVED the flip up mic mute, made it so much easier during calls.. AFTER 2 WEEKS ABOUT, they started messing up, the mic would un-mute out of the blue white it was up still or even down, and then it would disconnect and I wouldn't be able.to turn them off. I would hold the power button down and literally nothing would happen. I would have to plug them in just to shut them off. The sound quality was far from clear and people were having trouble with hearing me or not hear me at all. It was very frustrating especially in meetings or in the middle of a call, was told i sounded as I was far away and could barely hear me or not even hear me at all... for my job it's important i have Headphones that are on point.... These unfortunately turned out to be a big disappointment especially when 2 other coworkers have the same pair and have had no issues other then turning them off at times... Luckily I'm still in the time frame where I'm able to return them!!

Yo compre estos audifonos en Mayo 2024 y hoy Julio 2024 puedo decir que me han servido de maravilla, cero quejas, y eso que los uso mucho por que trabajo desde casa tomando y haciendo llamadas. Son muy faciles de usar, solo conectas la cosita USB con la que viene a la computadora y listo. Yo pense que el colchon de la diadema se iba a hacer fea con el tiempo pero todavia esta en muy buen estado, tambien pense que los colchones de los audifonos se iban a hacer feos o perder su forma pero estan muy bien. Son muy comodos, no estan muy flojos ni muy apretados por que me a pasado que hay unos muy apretados que me duelen las orejas por que uso lentes. No uso la bolsa que vinieron por que tendria que estarlos metiendo y sacando a cada rato y al final de mi trabajo los uso para jugar en linea. La bolsa solo la uso para guardar unos USB o cables que tengo. Tampoco eh tenido la necesidad de usar el cable con aux de audio. Los puedes conectar a tu telefono celular o a cualquier otro aparato que tenga bluetooth y ocupes escuchar algo. Tiene buena distancia, a veces estoy en una junta y me pongo a hacer otras cosas como recoger o a veces me voy a otro cuarto y la llamada se escucha perfectamente bien. Actualización Agosto 2025: Siguen funcionando a la perfección, las esponjas, el audio, la batería, los plásticos están al 100! Yo trabajo desde casa y los uso diario! A ver si puedo hacer un vídeo Actualización Mayo 2026: la batería le dura 2 años aprox. Los compré en mayo del 2024 y como en abril/mayo empecé a notar que la carga de a tiro no dura ya nada. Ya los tengo que tener conectados siempre o en unos 5 minutos o menos se apagan. No lo veo tan malo por el precio y todo el uso que les di de 8 horas o más diarias por esos dos años, son como $500 por año lo cual lo veo muy bien. Los plásticos, esponjas, botones, calidad de audio siguen excelentes! Si pudiera reemplazar la batería fácilmente creo que daría otros dos años o más. Pienso comprar otros iguales para otros dos años de uso.
