Hard to swallow
I had to change my review for more stars for this is a good product and I am sure I will be ordering more but they are difficult for me to swallow but I solved the problem and they are very mashable and I have a morter and just mash it up and put it into my smoothie! Works great!

Good Vitamin for Seniors
After researching multiple different multi-vitamins for seniors, this brand seemed to have the best all around vitamins needed for us mature women. It is lacking in calcium and magnesium, which I bought an additional supplement to add to this. Plus the price was great as well. The pills are the average size of a multi-vitamin, which can be large for people who have problems taking them. But I have seen larger. Fortunately, I have no problems taking a handful of pills at one time.
