I LOVE Poppi and have been drinking them for years. The variety pack I ordered was a great price too, which is awesome since these can get very expensive in stores. They aren’t incredibly fizzy like some regular sodas but it’s just enough. My favorite flavors are cherry cola and cherry limeade. I got a variety pack with the classic sodas and I enjoy all of those flavors. I haven’t experienced any obviously health benefits drinking these, personally (at least from what I can tell) but I have a coworker who also drinks Poppi and says they help a lot with her digestion. They do, however, keep me drinking enough fluids, which is great since it can be hard for me to get enough water throughout the day. They are sweet enough but don’t taste overly sweet; they’re low in sugar so I don’t feel “guilty” after drinking these on a semi-regular basis. They also have a little bit of caffeine but not enough to where it makes you jittery if you drink the whole can quickly. I am a Poppi glazer… can’t recommend these drinks enough ;)

These are good, but they don't have much fizz. They also use stevia as the sweetener. And it's not exactly my favorite taste, although It does get better after I get used to it. The flavor. Is much stronger than the flavored soda water you get at the grocery store. Absolutely no comparison. What I wasn't expecting was the caffeine, but it's really pretty minimal.And I don't have hardly any reaction to it. A starbucks regular roast. Venti coffee has about 350 mg of caffeine.. This has forty milligrams per can.So it's really not too bad. Coke and pepsi use synthetic caffeine, which hits your bloodstream much faster and can leave you feeling jittery, with high spikes and then serious crashes. This contains natural caffeine, meaning it is sourced from a plant, and the intake is much smoother and the caffeine breaks down in your system. Over time instead of right away. It's just mildly stimulating.And I like that

I LOVE Poppi!!! I have a messed up stomach. It works miracles on my stomach when I have issues. This soda is amazing for not being actually what soda is made of. The flavors are spot on. I will say I'm not a big ginger fan so I have to drink it really cold. To me the warmer it gets the more you can taste the ginger. My favorites are Dr. Pop, & Cherry Cola. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. I only buy it when it's on sale. $2.50 a can can get expensive when you drink 1 a day.

Vey good taste. Many flavors to choose and low sugar per can.

Worst tasting stuff. There are three tastes you experience. FIrst is the seltzer water, then the extreme sweetness and then there is a horrible after taste. Very disappointing product

These are amazing! However, they were all flat. Hardly any carbonation. I do like getting these at my local grocery store and usually do not have this issue. I wonder how long they’ve been sitting/in what conditions at Amazon for them to be flat. If you’ve never tried them, you should. They are less sugar, less calories, and still very yummy! Maybe just buy them from your grocery store.

It doesn't taste bad but not as good as the ones it tries to emulate.
