Nice, sleek design
We’ve had this television for a few months now and have enjoyed it. Great picture quality and the easy up was very easy. Love the lack of cords and sleek design. It’s on the expensive side, but its been worth it for our family.

Stunning display and design, with one small caveat
I upgraded to this TV about two weeks ago from an almost 10-year-old set, so the jump was big—but even accounting for that, this TV has been impressive across the board. The first thing that stands out is how incredibly thin it is. Once mounted, it really does look like a piece of art on the wall rather than a traditional TV. The display quality is excellent. Colors look rich and realistic, the picture is sharp, and the matte screen makes a noticeable difference in reducing glare, especially in a brighter room. Art Mode is genuinely top tier—some pieces look so realistic that guests assume it’s framed artwork. Gaming mode has also been smooth and responsive, and there are a lot of settings and features to explore if you like tweaking things over time. Mounting was straightforward and feels very secure, which adds to the overall clean look. My only real complaint is the bezel frames. They’re expensive for what they are, and given the price of the TV, it feels like at least one option should be included. Reviews about their cheaper feel seem fair. That said, this works equally well as a daily TV or a design-forward centerpiece. I’d recommend it for singles, couples, or family households that care about both aesthetics and performance.

Perfect in every way except turning it on
Great TV for the primary bedroom, beautiful quality, and awesome deal on Prime Day - came with a free, magnetic frame that you just stick onto the TV. I love the whole box concept that comes with it where all the cables go into the box vs the TV itself. Hiding wires is super simple because it’s just a thin, transparent wire that hangs if you mount it. The mount was easy, too. This thing does take like a solid 47 years to turn on though, but other than that it’s perfect.

No Reflections
This TV has absolutely no glare from the lights behind the viewer. It comes with mounts that allow you to place it flush on the wall. I hung it in my garage, and the wall has a slight bow which turned out to be a bit of a challenge to do alone, but I made it work. The 43 inch is the perfect size for this space. I have 3 more, 50", 55" and 32". All very good units. The Tizen OS has access to a lot of Apps such as YouTube, Amazon, Disney, Netflix. I use Emby and Windows Media Center a lot on it also. Remote can be charged with ambient light or USB -C

A quality device and a nice picture
It's not OLED, but it is matt and anti-glare. It's not touch screen, so to use it as a directory, I had to also buy a touch enabled frame. It is nice that the screen is only 3/4" thick and all of the guts are in a separate box which can be 10+ feet away. The remote is RF so it doesn't need line it sight. Set up and wall mounting are easy for an experienced installer. It does have feet if you want to put it on a table...but then get an OLED instead. The apps are OK, what you'd expect. Pricey, and not THE BEST picture as compared to OLED, but for a MATT ART DISPLAY it is great.

Buy the Pre-AI Model or Pass Altogether
Waited so long before buying a frame TV and even waited for the latest version. The only thing that they "improved" from the model before, is AI that never seems to turn completely off. The TV often asks for permissions to listen to audio commands, even though you decline them over and over again. We can't wait to get rid of it. Additionally, the magnetic frame cover looks cheap and doesn't line up well. Waste of money!

Excellent quality very easy to set-up and install
Excellent quality, very easy to install. Hangs in my dining room with real family pictures hung around it. TV looks so much like a painting. Love to fool friends and family that see if for the 1st time. They love the artwork but when I airplay family photos on the TV they are blown away to the fact that they originally thought it was a painting. Great price! Highly recommend.

Frame TV needs a little bit of improvement
Save your money… Samsung is on the take with Netflix and YouTube and Prime Video and trying to sell their own video stuff. It’s not just a high-quality TV which is awesome in terms of picture quality but they’re trying to market you the entire universe of their business. The absolute most annoying thing about this TV is that the remote keeps disconnecting on its own no matter what you do. In this price class there’s no excuse for this sorts of behavior from a product. Samsung has really missed the Marc on this one even though the picture quality is fantastic. They need to quit putting all the junk in their product and let it just be what it was intended to be

Puts other TV’s in the shade
Good quality sound and great picture. Best feature is the matte screen which allows you to see the picture in direct sunlight, don’t know why more televisions don’t have this feature
