Initial first thoughts and impressions have been overly positive for these 'Bloom Super Belly' Mango Passion Fruit Flavor Packets, as they mix quite well with water and don't leave behind in a residue, the nutrition label itself is easily identifiable and descriptive for included contents, and the reported benefits speak for themselves to some extent. The flavoring being that it's a mango passion is surprisingly quite tasty, no strange aftertaste or abnormal side effects, which is nice to see. It is difficult to recommend this though as a hydration drink as the included sodium content is actually quite low at just 65 mg compared to other products marketed in the space for hydration. With that being said though, depending on the sales price they included 15 count for this product is fairly good value overall. Easy to recommend as a flavor additive or enfhancer to your regular flow of water intake.

This drink provides prebiotics/probiotics in an easy to take powdered packet. To use it, you mix one packet with 12 ounces of cold water. The instructions say to add ice and serve. The consistency of the powder is more of a powder than a granulation, so it can take a little work to get it to integrate with the water. The instructions recommend shaking. I just put it in a cup and stir it with a straw or spoon until integrated. It is sweetened with Stevia, but it’s not very sweet. I do detect a slight Stevia aftertaste, but still enjoy the light mango passionfruit flavor. I've found it pretty easy to drink. At first, I wasn’t convinced that I really needed this... but after using it for a while and after reading more about the active ingredient (GBI-30 6086), I’ve become a big fan. It seems that this particular species of bacteria creates an intestinal environment that’s not hospitable to various pathogens and enables better nutrient utilization from consumed foods. Each serving is 10 cal and has 65 mg of sodium, 3 g of carbohydrates, 1 g of fiber, 0 sugars and 0 proteins. The key pre/probiotic is Bacillus Coagulans (GBI-30 6086). If you’re looking for a an effective pre-and probiotic that’s easy to take, I recommend this one.
