This is great, and it does the trick but I wish there were more MP3 options out there. The bluetooth connection doesn't go as far as I'd like, in my back pocket, my headphones jumped in and out--maybe 3 feet and some flesh and bone between the two. The screens a good size, looks good, and it's easy enough to use. Plug and play, really. The sorting system is a little wacky, but I think we were all spoiled with the old ipod wheel selection tool.

Best Mp3 player I have ever bought and I have had a bunch over the years. Sound is really great and the blue tooth works flawless. Packed with features and all the audio types it will play MPE , FLAC etc. well made sturdy I use while doing the lawn and no issues. Easy to transfer audio to the device. Impressive audio device.

Been using this for months now and I absolutely love it. I've completely ditched streaming music because of this little guy and it's felt so freeing.Very easy to use, though a little annoying scrolling though the long music lists when you've got hundreds of songs.I feel like the battery doesn't last very long but it could just be me.Don't be cheap like me, get a dedicated sd card because the one it comes with it pretty crap after about 500 songs. Literally starts corrupting songs so I cannot recommend you use the one it comes with.But overall I've loved using it, it's nice and convenient.

If you want a player that has zero apps or other online connections just like in the "old days" of the early iPods and don't mind using corded earbuds, this unit is for you. It basically is just a player that uses the memory card to play your music files off of. It does not connect to Spotify or other streaming apps, etc. and does not connect to the internet at all.Features are limited to what they need to be. There is not a lot of menu diving and the rather sparse instruction manual that comes with it covers just enough info to be dangerous, as they say. I had it up and running in minutes. Music plays reasonably well without skips or stutters, but I never played anything higher quality than MP3 320kb sampling rate. Transferring files to the default memory card was completely painless.However....if you intend to use this for any kind of Bluetooth speaker connection....FORGET IT. It is the WORST sounding connection I have ever used. I tried it with a $20 Anker speaker, a pair of $200+ Bose Earbuds, and now a $200+ Bose Bluetooth speaker.I wound up sending the Anker speaker back because the sound was mushed, compressed and distorted, but now that I have experimented more it was definitely this player that was causing the issue. It sounded even worse through the Bose Earbuds - tracks were even more distorted and walking even 10 feet away they started loosing connection right away (by comparison I can use them with my Android phone and walk 30' away at work without a single dropout). Connecting to the Bose Speaker sounded best, but when changing tracks it would often pop and crackle like a record playing, which drove me nuts.Considering all that I wanted from this unit was to play some tracks while at work via the Earbuds or the speaker, I don't think I am asking much in almost 2026. By comparison, my Samsing Galaxy phone plays music through the Bose Speaker as smooth as silk. So I guess that means I will be using the phone after all and returning this unit.
