This lotion is absolutely magic. As someone who tends toward easily congested pores and sensitive combo skin, this doesn't cause reactions for me, congest my pores or break me out. I originally bought the cream in a smaller size as a last ditch effort to heal an incredibly chapped nose which it softened in less than an hour and healed it quickly, after trying several lotions that didn't work or even exacerbated the chapping.
