Strawberries & Cream Protein Bars, GLP-1 Friendly, 5 ct, 4.8 oz

I like these bars. They're the only ones I could find that are low in fat. I can't have fat. They are chewy and sweet and satisfying. They are also inexpensive compared to other protein bars. The strawberry flavor is a bit artificial, but I didn't expect it to be otherwise. I ordered another box. Very happy with them.

First of all, these were quite small about 1/2 to 1/3 compared to the typical granola or snack bar. Second, they didn’t have much taste and what taste there was was very unpleasant bordering on disgusting. For all of the fake sweeteners and artificial ingredients packed in this thing think you would have some kind of deliciousness, but that would be a false belief. Finally, the texture was extremely unpleasant, strangely dense and chewy and yet it still managed to have somewhat of a cardboard/sawdust texture. Save your money and buy something else because these will not satisfy. They will not help you with a sweet tooth nor do they add a lot of benefit to attempting to consume fewer carbohydrates

These are such a good value for the price. I was looking at the nutritional content as far as protein, fiber, sugar and overall these are a beneficial healthy snack. I did like the taste and I would purchase them again. They are a bit smaller than I thought they'd be, but I like them.

This review is for Protein One 90 Calorie protein bars, strawberry and cream flavor. I was looking for a not too high calories protein bar with pleasant taste. The texture is soft and chewy, but it is not sticking to teeth. In terms of taste , it's neither great nor bad. It doesn't feel very strawberry to me and not very sweet. It definetely wouldn't satisfy my sweet tooth. If you get used to protein bars, it has protein powder taste. This one is not very high-calorie comparing to most , which is a good thing. I will not buy these bars again because I don't want to spend 90 calories on taste I don't really care for. If you compare this bars to Quest bars , Quest is definitely a winner

I don’t know if it’s icing or not but something taste off about it

I bought this strawberry protein bar expecting a tasty post-workout snack. What I got instead was a life lesson about managing expectations. The first bite whispered, “Hey, this isn’t so bad.” The second bite pulled the rug out from under me. By the third bite I was questioning every decision that led me to this moment. Who approved this flavor? Did someone smell a strawberry from three parking lots away and call it close enough? It tastes like someone described strawberries over a crackly phone line to a chemistry lab. The texture deserves its own paragraph. It somehow managed to be both sticky and dry at the same time. Every chew felt like I was negotiating a peace treaty with industrial-grade caulk. I finished chewing one bite, graduated college, paid off a mortgage, and it was still in my teeth. And the aftertaste. The aftertaste didn’t leave. It unpacked a suitcase, signed a lease, and started forwarding its mail to my mouth. I’ve eaten protein bars that tasted like cardboard before. Cardboard at least has the decency to know what it is. This bar had confidence. It genuinely believed it was dessert. That level of self-esteem should be studied by psychologists. The nutrition label kept telling me there was protein inside, but I felt like I was doing more work than the protein was. My jaw got a better workout than the rest of my body. Halfway through I looked at the wrapper to make sure it hadn’t expired in 2014. Nope. Apparently that’s just the intended experience. The only strawberry involved in this product must have filed a restraining order against the recipe. Would I buy it again? Only if my options were this or licking drywall for extra fiber. On the bright side, it did cure my urge to snack because I no longer trusted food. Two stars because I survived, and technically it contained protein. Everything else belongs in a museum exhibit titled “Mistakes We Learned From.”

These were so chewy and yummy.. Just right after a workout.

I have enjoyed this for YEARS....now they are VERY expensive and not even available from Amazon or anyplace..anywhere...
