Compression Socks for Women&Men (20-30mmHg) - Best for Nurses,Running,Pregnancy

I'm a nurse just getting my first job at the hospital. I received advice from a veteran nurse on my first day: "buy yourself some compression socks". I looked up the benefits of the socks and I wanted only the best. After careful comparisons and reading reviews; I decided on this subok compression socks and I could not be happier. My legs thank me everyday! The quality is fantastic. I will be recommending these compression socks to all the nurses and patients. I will be buying another package.

I have tried compression socks over and over more times than I can count only to be disappointed. The were more like supportive socks and offered no true compression. These were very different, actually offering compression (even if no as much as I need at times). When it comes to compression socks I've realized you do get what you pay for. The price may seem high but it's actually quite competitive when compared to other high-quality compression socks. It is hard to get them on at first but that is par for the course for any high-quality compression socks. These socks give you support in all of the right places and have "give" where you want them to. These also help with ankle compression, which I've found hard to find in compression socks at lower price points. I can definitely feel the difference in the relief I get from these and the relief I get from my "budget" pairs. I haven't had them very long so can't comment on longevity and continued compression without stretching out, but I will definitely update my review if they begin to fail in the future.

Way too tight!

I got the Subock Compression Socks to use on long distance airtravel and to use while I run (I received the L/XL pair). I found the socks to be very well made and I loved the extra padding in the feet. The patterns on the side are very nice and a welcome change from my previous pair of compression socks which are all black. I also liked that they are very smooth on the outside and inside and didn't live ridges on my skin.That being said, the sizing S/M (mens 5-9) and L/XL (8-14) is a terrible range for people with larger feet. I wear size 13. There is no way compression socks that are designed for someone with Size 8 feet would fit me, but that's what we are forced to get. Not surprisingly, I had a good amount of trouble getting the socks on (although they are plenty long) and after wearing them for a 90 min plane ride, my feet were killing me. The company should really come out with a third size that goes from Men's Size 10 or 11 to 14.Overall I really liked that Subock Compression Socks, but I ended up having to give them to my wife because they were unwearable for me due to the sizing issue discussed above. I'd love to have a larger pair from Subock because they are great socks.

I've tried probably 5 different manufacturers' compression socks. These are the best, and that's not hyperbole. They have the right amount of elasticity, so they don't cut off your circulation. Yet they are comfortably snug. The socks are not thin, but that's breathable. Plus they don't feel heavy. And when you're done, the compression socks don't require either a friend or 10 tons of force to pull them off. Great for road or trails.

Ordered these compression socks for my teen to wear while flying long distances. They fit her well and are snug without being tight. The fabric is not the most comfortable in the world, but is on par with other compression socks. These aren't fun to look at, but they are certainly functional.

Did not fit well

It is hard to review compression socks when you can't get them on. A large/extra large is not as large as I hoped and we couldn't get them on my husband. I don't want to give these a bad review because they might be perfect for someone else. I guess we needed a larger size than this and will keep trying.
