MAGID Gemstone Y50 Performance Anti-Fog Safety Glasses with Side Shields

I personally do not use these glasses, but my mom works at a factory that just recently started requiring safety glasses. She said that the ones they provide at work gives her headaches, does not fit her correctly and fogs up throughout the day. She asked me to look for some safety glasses and I came across these, showed her and she liked how it looked! She says they have a nice style to them, and that they don’t look bulky so she wanted to try it! We received it the very next day which was nice, and she LOVED them. She says they don’t feel like safety glasses, that the glasses were clear and they felt like she was looking out of glasses and not plastic like the safety glasses her job provides. She also said that they do NOT fog up. They do not hurt her ears, or side of her face. Overall she LOVES them! She has me ordering 2-3 each week for her friends and they all love them too!! So far she has bought 12 total for multiple people at work, and more and more people come to her to order these glasses! She’s known as the safety glasses at work and she’s the GO TO if anyone wants these lmao! Clearly they are doing something right with these ;) & for such a low price it’s amazing ! Quality is great, they have yet to break or start to loosen up and fall apart. I tell her she can flip these since so many people at work want some and the price is so low! But she’s a good person and smiles & says no, she just wants to help people out. Thank you to whoever invented these thangssss

Excellent protection and comfort!These safety glasses are great quality! They fit comfortably and provide full protection, especially with the side shields. The lenses are clear and don’t fog up easily, which is perfect for long work shifts. I’ve bought them multiple times because they’re durable, lightweight, and reliable. Definitely one of the best safety glasses I’ve used!

Awesome glasses. Definitely hit that vintage safety glasses look you were going for.The only difference is the ones back in the day I had , the side shields were made from mesh, and these are the clear plastic. Obviously I'm sure safety regulations have changed since then, but these are still cool none the less .They actually are pretty comfortable for me, I can't stand wearing most other styles and brands, they never fit right. I'm guessing I just have a weird shaped head or something.Most of the safety glasses that don't have adjustable ear pieces won't fit me correctly, and the side pieces are way way too long, and where the curve is for your ears is about an inch or more past where my actual ear is.These don't have that problem.They are definitely sturdy, and cover up most of my eye area nice and tight. I've had safety glasses that didn't form around my eyes well, and pretty much ended up being useless since I still was getting debris in my eyes.Oh yeah and I didn't know this before I ordered, but they even come with a really nice carrying bag.I will say this, the only possible thing I could say negatively about these glasses is if you're a contractor who is required to wear hard hats at all times , the rim of these glasses can be tight against the bill of certain hard hats, and then hard hat sometimes makes it feel like it's pushing my glasses down on my nose

These are very solid safety glasses. I really love the wayfarer-esque style. My only complaint and the reason they aren’t a perfect 5 star for me is because they started to rub my nose raw after a few sweaty 10 hr shifts in a row. On my normal 8hr shift schedule I have no complaints. I hope they eventually have a model with a non slip rubber on the nose.

I’m really impressed with these MAGID Y50 Safety Glasses! They provide excellent eye protection against impact and debris while still feeling lightweight and comfortable to wear for long periods. The ANSI Z87.1 high-impact rating gives me confidence that my eyes are well protected on the job or during DIY projects

First of all, let me say these are hands down some of the best safety glasses I've owned. Im an automotive technician and they have served me very well. The main reason I got them was because I wanted some safety glasses that I would take care of, and keep. The scratch resistance is impressive for the price range, although one of my pairs got scratched while I was moving my toolbox (a heavy tool or tool tray probably dragged across it) But there's still plenty of life left on it, and the visibility is fine. They don't really fog up either, which is really nice. Most importantly they're comfortable for me. I imagine they're a pretty universal fit given their shape. the grip on the inside of the stalks are impressive, and they're all around comfy.But of course you'll be made fun of. I've been called Buddy Holly, nerd, etc. But this is just the type of thing you'd come to expect from non-creative garbage. There are some people who think they're cool too. In fact a kid I go to school with almost immediately bought a pair for himself. A small price to pay for fashion. Start setting trends yourself and buy a pair!

After a year of wearing these either on my eyes or on my head every day, giving a pair to my girlfriend, I bought two more pairs for myself. I like my vision clear. They did their job great in camper van building.They have good covers for my face and they look good. I might have gotten my face stuck between a creeper and a van right on the glasses, but they survived.I wore some standard wrap around glasses recently like a newb. Those fogged up very quickly. So, I'd say, if these for your face to have proper ventilation - they are great! I have chemist goggle for when I need to wear a respirator, which work pretty well. If you need more ventilation - get ski goggles with a fan.Bottom line: I really like these. I might try to have Fuse lenses, which I've been using in my favorite Smith Chemist glasses, make me a lens for these.Also, I wish there was a slightly larger model. I like my peripheral vision and I can see the frames.

this is my third pair absolutely love them. They feel like you’re wearing glasses extremely comfortable and unless you’re heavily wrapped up, they don’t fog.

The lenses have a slight magnify to them which aches my eyes when I wear them

Very happy with these. They are expensive compared to the 3m safety glasses I usually wear but I wanted to try something different.
