First Endurance MultiV is a great supplement when you’re doing endurance training as it helps with the overall health benefits and recovery process of endurance athletes. This multi vitamins are essential supplements when I train for a half marathon as. It helps me with strength and stamina and push through what lactic acid can cause muscle fatigue and increases oxygen capacity when running for a long period.
