I have used lots of pain relief products for my fibromyalgia. This seems to be most effective, maybe because it addresses nerve pain as well as muscle pain. Also, the price is reasonable and there is no smell like menthol roll ons.

This is a great product it really helps alleviate pain in my neck and shoulders.

I’m using this on my hands and it really seems to help with the sharp pains I get in my thumbs. It also goes on smooth and doesn’t leave any residue.

I like the idea of this product. The magnesium does put a dent in pain on my lower back and hips, but the epsom salt tends to linger on the skin after using it. The roll-on format makes it much easier to use than my regular magnesium cream, but this particular formulation is not quite as effective as my regular magnesium cream. If pain is mild / moderate, I'll use the roll-on for quick relief. Anything stronger, and I'd use something else.
