Excellent to make "chueng fun". Sits on top of the stove to steam. As long as you make the mixture right rice flour/ potato flour, or try tapoica. Use char siu or dried shrimp as meat. So good

I bought another model first, tried and didn’t like it because the interior was rusty at the corner, I returned and got this. Mom is being loving it and rice noodle wraps are so smooth.

The design is what I want. Originally intended for 5 stars, but it change my mind to give 3 stars because the handle melts at the first time use, and it is difficult to find matching parts, Because it’s cross section is straight. So this quality is not worth $60, I would recommend that seller should use heat resistant materials or with additional replacement.

While the design with a removable top lid is great for cleaning, each steaming tray leaks on all 4 corners of both trays provided. The fabrication quality is poor with very sharp edges ... something to watch while cleaning. In fact, after cleaning the leaking trays which made a mess on the stove and ground with batter dripping all over, you can see tiny holes on each corner of the tray. The holes are a result of poor soldering on each corner where the sheet metal folds up to form the tray. To further add to the poor quality, one of the screws needed for a handle was missing. This prompted a trip to a local hardware store to find a matching screw. As such, I would not recommend this specific product. Unfortunately to return this item, you would need to unscrew all the handles in order to be able to repack the parts all back into its original box and then drive to a UPS store to drop off. This is just not worth the hassle.

Bought this to make cheung fun. Not bad. Easy to use. I placed it on my glass stove. I believe it’s harder on electric coil or gas because the metal will bend with heat. Glass stove or portable stoves will help with that. The product is easy to use. I’ve already made cheung fun multiple times since buying product.
