It works !
I am an old man and do not do regular exercise. I do keep somewhat active just keeping up with the house and yard. I have taken this a few months. I must admit I feel better. I have lost fat around my waist and gut but added some muscle to my chest, back and arms with no exercise effort. It is surprising.

Solid protein powder!
I have used muscle milk for years and think they have some of the best flavors out there. I consistently order the vanilla and the chocolate with excellent results. Worth the purchase.

Good Protein Source But Chalky Medicinal Taste Is Intolerable
I bought this because it's about 33% less than my usual Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein Powder. From a nutritional and protein standpoint, the Muscle Milk Pro is fine. But my wife and I find the taste to be the worst of any whey vanilla protein we've ever tried. The taste is chalky and medicinal in the most egregious sense. We agreed that I'll spend 33% more next time for the Optimum Nutrition.

Hubby likes the taste and the ingredients
A bit spendy but.... Hubby wanted a bigger container of this brand. He mixes this with fruit and a bit of milk and really likes the taste. Expiration date is way ahead in time too which is nice...we will order it again when needed.

Tastes great, makes thick shakes but not the best ingredients for protein powders in its class.
Muscle Milk Pro is probably my favorite for flavor, thickness of shake and amount of protein (50gm). It has a lot of added vitamins & minerals but also some not-so-great highly processed sweeteners and other unhealthy ingredients. That causes it to consistently receive lower ratings by experts.
