8 g og protein in how much fluid?

you can use up to 1/2 gal of milk with one of the vivo probiotic bottles and as long as the milk you are using reads 8 grams of protein it will work with the probiotic it doesn't matter if you only use 1 quart or 1/2 gallon I have used skim milk to whole milk I have also used soy milk because those products have enough protein to make yougurt

There's only 1/4 tsp of powder in each bottle, how much is actually used for a quart of milk?

Per instructions one bottle from the two bottle package will make 1-3 liters. A quart equals .95/ liter, just a tad less then 1 full liter. My suggestion is use 1 bottle per quart, if that is all you want to make, or as I did being anal fugal, I took 1 gallon of milk, subtracted 1 quart, and made, almost 3 liters in my 8 quart instant pot, using the yogurt program.

Can i add monk fruit to sweeten and blueberries for flavor before cooking?
