This product seems to effectively deliver nicotine. I am currently using the nicotine to help with joint pain, so I'm not following the typical 1,2,3 step. I have increased to using 10.5 mg of nicotine during the daytime. I remove the patch at night to improve sleep. How do I get the 10.5mg since the patches are 7, 14 and 21 mg? See the picture showing the picture of steps 1, 2 and 3. There is a score line in the middle of the patch which is easiest to see on the step 2 patch in the middle. The step 1 patch on the left also has the score line but did not show up in the picture very well. The score line allows you to easily tear off just half the patch. For step 1, half of 21mg is 10.5mg, the amount I currently want to use. Half of step 2 is 7mg. That doesn't help my by itself. However, if I cut step 3 in half with a scissors (step 3 does not have a score line), I get 2 patches that are 3.5mg. So I use half of a step 2 and half of a step 3, 7+3.5 = 10.5mg. The left over half I put back in the pouch and use it the next day. So, I put them on in the morning and remove them before bed. They generally stick well and stay put all day. But I am having trouble with the summer heat when working outside. After sweating a bunch, I find the patch becoming very loose. Sometimes it slides a bit, or, if I take my shirt off, it might be stuck inside the shirt. At this point I'm not blaming the product since I do not know how other brands would hold up to sweating (real feel near 100). This product is a bit unique in that it combines all 3 steps in to one box. With flexibility of the score marks or cutting, you should be able to use up the step 1 as you transition to lower doses. I find the product helps me reduce pain and muscle knots. It says it is made in China and has an expiration date out about 4.5 years.

How convenient to have the three steps in one package. Saves money. Patches stick well to stick, even after a shower. The patch size is a little bit smaller than other brands which is also nice. No skin irritation. Functions as it should.

It helps with the withrawal signs and symptoms. But it's not magic, you need to stay strong. I lasted 4 days;)

This is a review for Steps 1, 2, and 3 Nicotine Patches. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT 1. The package came very nicely packed. 2. I liked that the packets are clearly labeled so it’s easy to tell which packets go with what step. 3. The instructions are very clear. 4. The size of the Step 1 patch is pretty small and discreet. 5. The patch itself is thin and the adhesive was strong. It’s a durable patch. It didn’t fall off when I applied it on my arm. 6. It also stayed on when I showered. I just had to avoid soaping the area. 7. I didn’t smell any scent. It was fairly odorless. 8. I found it to be comfortable. 9. My skin was clear after removal of the patch. 10. I cannot speak on effectiveness as I just started using it. OVERALL IMPRESSION: I feel that this is cost-effective as it includes all the 3 Steps. Oftentimes, it’s more expensive when buying each Step separately.

Pros: they stick and stay on great Cons: they dont seem as strong despite being labeled 21mg. Maybe its giving you smaller amounts over a period of time compared to my other 24 hour ones? I put my othwr patches on and can literally taste the nicotine minutes later. These i dont feel at all and wonder if im even getting any nicotine at all

Ok. I am not a constant smoker but sometimes, during stressful times, I will buy a pack and then get hooked for several more packs until I get disgusted and quit. I would rather not waste money on cigarettes and I know how bad smoking is for my health. While waiting to receive this item I stopped and made it past the crucial three days on my own. So, I am doing fine and don’t feel the need right now to use this method. However…the expiration date is for years away so I am glad to have these on hand for future use when my willpower is not so great. I read the directions and they map out a plan to reduce the nicotine over many weeks. It looks like the real deal to me. I have never tried nicotine patches in the past but this looks like a really solid brand. The price seems reasonable as well.

got these for someone who wanted to quit smoking so you have to go in 100% full force and be ready. they seem to be working for them - its been almost 3 weeks now. no skin irritations and no reactions to the adhesives. they are sleeping better and the cravings are few and far between. the patch is thin and not very noticeable when wearing. the box arrived shrink wrapped. the patch seems to be the way to go since they have also tried lozenges and gum - both of which made them feel ill. price point seems to be good value - A LOT cheaper than buying cigarettes.
