I actually liked this salmon jerky more than I expected. The box was pretty big, and the strip itself wasn’t overly fishy, which was a nice surprise. It has a slightly sweet maple flavor that balances things out really well. The texture is decent, and it makes a quick, protein‑packed snack without feeling too heavy.

They were ok but not my favorite jerky. I love epic venison much better. I just love salmon, love it, but this was just kinda weird for me. Probably because they are a little sweet and I just like salty jerkies. I should try making my own I guess in a dehydrator and make it just salty and savory. Also, not gonna lie but this gave me some incredible farts every time I ate it. Straight stank. I almost killed my wife in bed with the toxic stank. Maybe I was sick or something or having some other issues, I dunno the truth but probably I’m going to say it was something to do with this jerky.

I usually really like, highly recommend and order this product somewhat often, however this time around the sticks arrived not in a box and stamped an expiration date of next month, “Mar ‘26.” The shipper bundle sticker says May “BB 6/1/26” but it’s clearly March on the wrappers. I usually eat 1-2 a week, not ten in three weeks so this was disappointing. Amazon refunded it and I would order again I think but I might contact the shipper first. I really do like them and this was the first time I’ve had an issue so hopefully it was a glitch.

These are pricy but taste great. They are moist, not brittle like jerky. But on my second order instead of the nicely designed box of my first order I received the salmon strips held together by rubber bands inside a plastic bag. For something that aspires to be a premium product this is not acceptable. Were these factory seconds? Salvaged from a damaged box? This makes me hesitant to reorder.

They had a good flavor, but it wasn't good enough that I could eat a whole case by myself. Mother and Grandmother didn't want to try it, so I ended up giving the last two to a stray cat, who loved it.
