How do I insert and remove it?

To insert: Wash your hands, pinch the rim of the disc into a narrow shape, slide it in at a downward angle, and tuck the front rim behind your pubic bone. Pro tip: Wetting it first can help! To remove, hook a finger under the rim and pull it out.

How long can I wear the disc? Will it leak?

The disc holds up to 50ml (about 6 tampons) and can be worn for up to 12 hours. When properly positioned, the disc shouldn’t leak. If leaking occurs, ensure the rim is tucked behind your pubic bone and that it’s fully unfolded, or empty it more often
