These noodles are marvelous! They taste amazing and the texture is so similar to regular pasta that no one in my family notices the difference. The cook time is fairly fast as well making it easier on weeknights to get dinner on the table. I love the extra protein in there for healthier options. I have even used these in casseroles and the noodles really hold up week!

I love & enjoy Carba-Nada fusilli pasta. Easy to fix. I can't tell that it is reduced carb by the taste as there is no difference. It is a little pricy, but I'm not eating it every day. It's worth a try if you are watching carbs.

I am truly impressed! I didn't expect these to taste so delicious. You can't tell that they are low carb. My husband is diabetic, and I try to cook as low carb as possible. However, he is very picky, and he couldn’t tell that these are low carb. I’ve recommended them to friends and family, and they were also impressed.
