I have been wearing the Goody Brand combs for 30 years. They are the only ones that I will buy because they work and are nice looking. Although they are a bit expensive they are worth the money. I cannot find them in retail stores any longer. Amazon is the only place I have been able to locate them. I used to be able to buy them in a multi-pack but that option is no longer available. They really hold my hair in place-sometimes I also include a bobby pin over the comb to really keep my hair in place especially if I am going to be in windy weather but I would do that with any comb.

These combs hold my fine hair all day long without re-adjusting.

I used to purchase these Goody combs at the beauty supply store. They used to be thicker, had smooth edges, were more flexible and lasted for years. Though I could use another set as a back-up so I bought these. Sadly they're thinner, smaller and so brittle, the center tine/prong shattered within a week of daily use. Then it cracked off completely leaving one of the combs with a jagged space in the middle. Will use the remaining comb with caution until I can find a quality replacement. For the price, I was expecting better. Won't purchase these again.

Something that COVID changed is my hair style. I've worn it short for years. Since March, I hesitate to go to my stylist. Consequently, my hair is down to chin level. Long ago when I wore my hair long, I pinned it up with these Goody hair combs. I've looked everywhere for them and finally decided to check Amazon. Success! I like these better than the others you can buy because they slide easily through the hair even thick hair like mine. They don't get tangled either. Thanks, Amazon.

I have been using this type of combs for 50 years. The shape is perfect for my head size and very fine hair. As the years have gone by, it is evident that the quality is not a priority for the manufacturer anymore since the plastic is flimsier than ever and the comb’s teeth break easily. They are difficult to find so I chose to purchase two packs for 5 dollars each, when I used to pay no more than 2 dollars per pack of two combs just a couple of years ago. I will definitely search for an alternative since they are not worth the price increase when they break within a week of use.

Bought various sizes of Goody combs. Been wearing for many years. They work but are not as well made and heavy duty as they used to be. The tines will eventually break off faster than they used to meaning you'll have to purchase more often.

I have used Goody side combs for over 40 years. There have been times when I had to settle for others brands for various reasons only to find they are not the same. The spacing and flexibility of the teeth is critical for proper use. All others have poorly spaced teeth, usually too tight together, and the plastic is always way to hard. Goody has stopped selling their side combs at local retailers so for several years I have been using broken ones. Finally I can get these again!! I use them every day so I do break the middle teeth about every 3 months. Well worth it keep replacing them.

I bought these many years ago. Back then they were made thicker, sleeker, & stronger than these. These are on the flimsy side. They do stay in slightly better than the old ones, but I'm not sure how long they will last before they'll break b/c of the flimsiness.

Good quality hair combs are difficult to find. These work well with my fine hair and stay in my hair. Other combs I have purchased elsewhere were hard plastic and fell out. These are somewhat flexible and stay put.
