They're tampons. I don't know how much a review I can put on here without telling my business. I bought ultra because I needed ultra and it worked ultra well. That's it, that's all. If you need ultra you should get these and they don't cost much.

I am perimenopausal, which has drastically changed my flow. I’ve always had a medium flow which allowed me to use regular or super tampons. Now, the first day of my period (when I get it) is so heavy that I was changing tampons every hour and still having accidents. After trying out a few different brands and sizes, this is the one that worked for me. I am able to go longer without changing and no longer have leaks. My daughter also loves these.
